Անկախ դիվանագիտություն վարելու դասերը

Անկախ դիվանագիտություն վարելու դասերը... Կարելի է ասել, որ դիվանագիտական ճկունության և անկախ քաղաքականություն վարելու իսկական դասեր է տալիս ներկայումս Բելառուսի նախագահ Լուկաշենկոն: Եկեք այս պահին մի կողմ թողնենք, թե ինչպես ենք մենք, հայերս, վերաբերվում այդ անձին: Ընդունում ենք, թե չենք ընդունում նրան, բայց փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ նա իր երկրի համար անում է առավելագույնը, որպիսի Բելառուսը չընկալվի որպես «ավագ եղբոր» կցորդ' «իզգոյ» երկիր և չհայտնվի դիվանագիտական փակուղում: Երեք ամիս առաջ էր, երբ նա մեկնեց Կիև, բարեկամական հանդիպում ունեցավ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պորոշենկոյին, դա այն դեպքում, որ «ավագ եղբայր» Ռուսաստանը փաստացի դեռևս պատերազմի մեջ է գտնվում Ուկրաինայի հետ:
Լինելով այսպես կոչված ԵՏՄ-ի երկրների հիմնադիր անդամը, Լուկաշենկոն Արցախյան ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին բացահայտ աջակցեց Ադրբեջանին: Հետո Բելառուսը հրաժարվեց մասնակցել Երևանում նախատեսված ԵԱՏՄ նիստին, և դա այն դեպքում, երբ թվում էր թե Հայատանն է այդ նույն ԵՏՄ-ի անդամը, այլ ոչ Ադրբեջանը: Լուկաշենկոն իր դիրքորոշմամբ բացահայտ ցույց տվեց, որ նա թքած ունի ԵՏՄ-ի վրա և Բելառուսի անդամակցությունը այդ կառույցին զուտ ձևական բնույթ է կրում: Իսկ այսօր արդեն նա մեկնել է Ստամբուլ և ջերմագին հանդիպում ունեցել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի հետ' այն դեպքում, երբ բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ Թուրքիան լարված հարաբերություններ ունի Բելառուսի «ավագ եղբոր» հետ: Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել է, որ Բելառուսը բաց է Թուրքիայի հետ սերտ և բարեկամական համագործակցության համար:
Ահա այսպես է գործում Լուկաշենկոն, իսկ արդյունքում' անկախ, ինքնիշխան և իր երկրի շահերի համար շահեկան քաղաքականություն, այլ ոչ թե՝ «ավագ եղբոր» փեշից մշտապես կախված մի կասկածելի իրավիճակ: Ինչպես ասում են այս դեպքում' սովորելը երբեք ուշ չի:
