Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի առաջին ատյանի դատարանում ընտրակեղծարար Վեներա Թորոսյանի գործով ապրիլի 13-ին կայացած դատական դռնբաց նիստի ժամանակ նիստը նախագահող դատավոր Նելլի Բաղդասարյանը Aravot.am-ի լրագրող Անի Չիչակյանին տեղեկացրել էր, որ Վեներա Թորոսյանը չի ցանկանում, որ դատական նիստը տեսանկարահանվի: Այնուհետև Վեներա Թորոսյանը հայտարարել էր, որ չի ցանկանում, որ դատական նիստն ընդհանրապես լուսաբանվի: Դատավոր Նելլի Բաղդասարյանը դիմել էր լրագրողին, վերջինս էլ պատասխանել էր, որ կատարված դեպքը հանրային հետաքրքրության առարկա է և դռնբաց դատական նիստ է ընթանում: Լրագրող Չիչակյանը նշել էր, որ նման դեպքերում նախատեսված է դռնփակ դատական նիստ անցկացնել, իսկ այս դեպքում ոչինչ չի խանգարում լրագրողին ներկա գտնվել դատական նիստին և հետագայում լուսաբանել այն: Վեներա Թորոսյանի փաստաբան Արմինե Ֆանյանը սպառնացել էր լրագրողին, որ եթե իր պաշտպանյալի անունը հայտնվի որևէ հրապարակման մեջ, ապա լրատվամիջոցը խնդիրներ կունենա:
Այսօր տեղի ունեցած հերթական նիստի ժամանակ լրագրողները Արմինե Ֆանյանինց հետաքրքվեցին, թե ինչու է սպառնացել լրատվամիջոցին:
