Սիրիայի շուրջ բանակցություններն սկսվել են Ասադի ճակատագրի եւ հրադադարի հարցերի քննարկմամբ

Ժնեւում ապրիլի 13-ին սկսվել է Սիրիայի ճգնաժամի կարգավորմանը միտված բանակցությունների երկրորդ փուլը, որն, ինչպես սպասվում է, կշարունակվի մինչեւ հաջորդ շաբաթվա վերջը: Դրանք մեկնարկել են սիրիական ընդդիմադիր Բանակցությունների բարձրագույն կոմիտեի (ԲԲԿ) պատվիրակության հետ Սիրիայի խնդրով ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ դես պանորդ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրայի հանդիպմամբ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Դե Միստուրան միայն ապրիլի 13-ի առավոտյան է վերադարձել Մերձավոր Արեւելք կատարած ուղեւորությունից, որտեղ առաջիկա բանակցությունների շուրջ խորհրդակցություններ է անցկացրել Հորդանանում, Սիրիայում եւ Իրանում: Մինչ այդ տեղի է ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնակատարի ուղեւորությունը Մոսկվա: Այցերի արդյունքների շուրջ նա խոսել է ԲԲԿ-ի հետ հանդիպման արդյունքներին նվիրված ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ: «Վերջին օրերի ընթացքում ես այցելեցի Մոսկվա, Դամասկոս, Ամման, Թեհրան, հանդիպեցի այդ երկրների իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, լսեցի նրանց խորհուրդներն այն մասին, թե ինչպես միջսիրիական բանակցությունների այս փուլը դարձնենք ավելի արդյունավետ,- ասել է նա:- Նրանք բոլորն էլ հետաքրքրություն եւ աջակցություն ցուցաբերեցին քաղաքական բանավեճերի գործընթացին եւ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի 2254 բանաձեւի հիման վրա քաղաքական անցմանը»:
ԲԲԿ-ն բանակցություններին իր մանակցությունն սկսել է կտրուկ հայտարարություններով: Պատվիրակության ղեկավար Ասադ ազ Զոուբին վերստին պահանջել է Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար Ասադի եւ կառավարության հանգուցային դեմքերի պաշտոնաթողությունը, ինչպես նաեւ Սիրիայի կառավարությանը մեղադրել է հրադադարի խախտումների մեջ: «Երբ մենք դե Միստուրայի հետ քննարկում էինք անցումային ղեկավար մարմնի ստեղծումը, մենք հայտարարեցինք Բաշար Ասադի եւ ռեժիմի մյուս հանգուցային դեմքերի հեռանալու անհրաժեշտության մասին»,- ասել է նա:
«Մենք շատ ուշադիր հետեւում ենք Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին,- ասել է Զոուբին, պատասխանելով Հալեպի մերձակայքում սիրիական բանակի գործողությունների նկատմամբ ԲԲԿ-ի վերաբերմունքի վերաբերյալ հարցին:- Բանակցությունների այս փուլից առաջ կառավարությունն ընդլայնել է իր գործողությունները, մարդիկ են զոհվել: Դա վկայում է այն մասին, որ կառավարությունը փորձում է ճգնաժամը կարգավորել ոչ թե խաղաղ, այլ ռազմական ճանապարհով», հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
