Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը՝ առաջնագծում ամենաթարմ տեղեկությունների մասին և ոչ միայն (տեսանյութ)

Այսօր ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ընդհանուր առմամբ հանգիստ է եղել, օրվա ընթացքում ոչ մեծ ծավալի կրակոցներ են եղել, զինադադարը պահպանվում է որոշակի խախտումներով: Այս մասին «Առաջին լրատվական»- ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն հովհաննիսյանը:
Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ այսօր ադրբեջանցիները խոստովանել են, որ մեր վերջին անհայտ կորած սպան իրենց մոտ է, դեռևս վերջնական ճշգրտումներ չեն արվել, թե ինչպես պետք է փոխանակել և վերցնել նրա դիակը: Այսօրվա տվյալներով՝ հայկական կողմից շուրջ 68 զինվորական է զոհվել, զոհված քաղաքացիների թիվը դեռևս ճշգրտվում է: ԼՂ պաշտպանության բանակի տվյալներով՝ Ադրբեջանը շուրջ 2000 մարդկային կորուստ է ունեցել:
Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի հավաստմամբ՝ մեր պաշտպանական բանակի հետախուզական հատուկ ծառայությունները, ստորաբաժանումները իրենց խնդիրը կատարում են. մենք ունենք տվյալներ, որ ադրբեջանցիները զորախմբերով կազմուպատրաստ կանգնած են սահմանին, և մեր կողմից ֆիքսվում է անգամ ամենափոքրիկ տեղաշարժը:
«Կան իրավիճակներ, կան հնարավորություններով. ստրատեգիա է, և ստրատեգիայով զբաղվում են լուրջ, փորձառու մարդիկ. այս պահին արդյունքը, որ մենք ֆիքսել ենք, կոչվում է ռազմական հաղթանակ»,- նշեց ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը:
Անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ մեր բանակն այսօր 80-կանների արտադրության զենքերով է կռվում՝ Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում 80-ական թթ զենքներն են համարվում գլխավոր, մեծ քանակի զենքերը, և գերժամանակակից կոչվող զենքերի մեծ մասն էլ են ստեծվել 80-ականներին: Հարցին՝ առաջիկայում ի՞նչ զենքերով կհամալրվի մեր զինանոցը, Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ դա գաղտնիք է, որը չի կարող բացել, և հավելեց, որ կան նոր ծրագրեր:
Անդրադառնալով շահարկումներին՝ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակը հավաստիացրեց, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, ըստ գրաֆիկի, գրեթե միշտ ստուգումներ են անցկացվում. «Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում մեծ ֆինանսական հոսքեր կան, և ստուգումները բնական են: Մենք առանց որևէ վերահասկող մարմնի գործառույթի մեր շարքերից տարվա ընթացքում առնվազն մի քանի դեպք ենք հայտնաբերում, ձերբակալում ենք և ներկայացնում իրավապահ մարմիններին»:
Հարցին, թդ մենք քանի տոկոսով պատրաստվածությամբ ենք փորձում կանխատեսել և կանխարգելել թշնամու քայլերը, Ա. Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանեց. «Ցանկացած օր մեր բանակը 100 տոկոսանոց վստահություն ունի»:
