Հայաստանի բնակչության թիվը 1990-ականներից սկսած կրճատվել է

Հայաստանի ժողովրդագրությունը Անկախությունից հետո հիմնականում գրանցել է բացասական ցուցանիշներ: Մոտավորապես կրկնակի անկում է ապրել ծնելիության գործակիցը. պարզ վերարտադրություն Հայաստանում տեղի չի ունենում: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է ՄԱԿ-ի բնակչության հիմնադրամի գործադիրներկայացուցիչ< /b> Գարիկ Հայրապետյանը:
1989-90 թ.թ. Հայաստանում տարեկան գրանցվել է մոտ 81.000 ծնունդ. հիմա տարեկան ծնվում է 42.000 երեխա: 1993 թ. սկսած Հայաստանում սկսվեց նկատվել սեռերի անհամամասնություն: «Մոտավորապես այս շրջանում ուլտրաձայնայինհետազոտությունները հասարակության համար դարձան ավելի հասանելի, իսկ հայկական ընտանիքներում շատ հաճախ են նախընտրում ունենալ տղաերեխա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշել է Հայրապետյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ՄԱԿ-ի բնակչության հիմնադրամի կատարած ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ մինչև 2060 թ. 93.000 աղջիկ կամ ապագա մայր չի ծնվի: Դա բավականին լուրջ ազդեցություն կունենա Հայաստանի ժողովրդագրության վրա: Մյուս կողմից՝ 63-ից բարձր տարիքի բնակչությունը Հայաստանում կազմում է 16,8 %: «Սա նշանակում է, որ մենք մոտեցել ենք ծերացող ազգերի շեմին»,- մանրամասնեց Հայրապետյանը: Կանխատեսումների համաձայն՝ միգրացիոն աճի և ծնելիության անկման արդյունքում մինչև 2050թ. ծերացումը կհասնի 25%-ի: Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ մինչև 2000-ականները բարձր արտագաղթի հոսքի արդյունքում Հայաստանից հեռացել 1 մլն մարդ: 2000-2007 թ.թ. տվյալներըկայունացան և 2006-2007 թ.թ. նույնիսկ գրանցվեց որոշ քանակի ներգաղթ:
«ՄԱԿ-ի կանխատեսումներից ամենահոռետեսական տարբերակի դեպքում Հայաստանի բնակչությունը մինչև 2100 թ. կկրճատվի՝ հասնելով 1 մլն, իսկ ամենալավատեսական տարբերակի դեպքում կհասնի 3,2 մլն»,- հավելեց նա:
ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական ապահովության նախարարության, ժողովրդագրության բաժնի պետ Վանիկ Բաբաջանյանը իր հերթին նշեց, որ Հայաստանի անկախացումից հետո բնակչությանը կրճատումը պայմանավորված է մի քանի գործոնով: «Նախ՝ 1980-ականներին Հայաստանից արտագաղթել են որոշ ազգային փոքրամասնություններ, դրան հաջորդել են Սպիտակի ավերիչ երկրաշարժը, Արցախյան ազատամարտը և 1990-ականների առաջին կեսին մեծ ծավալի հասած արտագաղթը»,- ասաց Բաբաջանյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ իրավիճակը շտկելու համար ժամանակի ընթացքում որդեգրվել և սկսել են իրականացվել միջոցառումների համալիր: Թեպետ այդ ծրագրերի մի մասը ֆինանսական առումով դժվարությունների առաջ է կանգնում, սակայն սոցիալական պաշտպանության ծրագրերի շարունակակությունն ապահովված է: «Ծնունդների խրախուսումը միայն ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստ տալով չի ավարտվում: Դա շատ ավելի մեծ ու գլոբալ բաղադրիչներ ներառող համակարգ է»,- ընդգծեց նա: Բաբաջանյանը ավելացրեց, որ երկու տարի առաջ ՀՀ-ում ներդրվեց ընտանեկան դրամագլուխը, որն անընդհատ գտնվում է փոփոխություննե րի մեջ՝ ի նպաստ հասարակության:
Բացի այդ 2016 թ. հունվարի մեկից ՀՀ-ում ներդրվել է մայրության նպաստը, որը չաշխատող մայրերին տրամադրում է ֆիքսված չափով գումար՝ 126.000 դրամ: Բաբաջանյանը հարկ համարեց նաև նշել, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը քննարկում է 2016-2018 թ.թ. Ազգային ծրագիրը, որը ներկայացնում է առաջիկա 2-3 տարիների ընթացքում իրականացվելիք հիմնական միջոցառումները:
