Երևանում ստորագրել են Հյուսիս-հարավ էլեկտրաէներգետիկական միջանցքի ձևավորման ճանապարհային քարտեզը

Երևանում կայացել է Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և Վրաստանի էներգետիկայի նախարարությունների ղեկավարների հանդիպումը` նվիրված էլեկտրաէներգետիկական ոլորտում տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` Վրաստանում նախատեսված հանդիպումը անցկացվել է Հայաստանում, որին մասնակցում էին ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Լևոն Յոլյանը, ՌԴ էներգետիկայի նախարար Ալեքսանդր Նովակը, ԻԻՀ էներգետիկայի նախարար Համիդ Չիթչյանը, Վրաստանի էներգետիկայի փոխնախարար Իլյա Էլոշվիլին:
Հանդիպման ավարտին ստորագրվեց Հյուսիս-հարավ էլէկտրաէներգետիկական միջանցքի ձևավորման նախաձեռնության իրականացման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ ճանապարհային քարտեզը:
ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Արեգ Գալստյանի խոսքով` ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը կարևոր է նրանով, որ նշում է անելիքների ժամանակացույցն ու պատասխանատուներին: «Մինչև 2019 թվականը կունենանք էլեկտրահաղորդման գծերը, որոնց մի մասի կառուցումն արդեն սկսվել է, մյուս մասինն էլ մոտակա ժամանակահատվածում կսկսվի, որպեսզի իրական դառնա ռեգիոնալ համագործակցությունը էներգետիկայի ոլորտում»,-ասաց Արեգ Գալստյանը` հավելելով, որ աշխատանքների բնականոն ընթացքի դեպքում արդեն 2019 թվականից կօգտագործվեն կառուցվող էլեկտրահաղորդման գծերը:
Փոխնախարարի խոսքով` ծրագրի իրականացման դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի երկրների միջև ապահովել էլեկտրաէներգիայի ինչպես սեզոնային փոխհոսքեր, այնպես էլ փոխանակում:
«Հայաստան-Իրան երկշղթա 400 Կվտ գծի աշխատանքները սկսված են, ֆինանսավորման խնդիրներ չկան: Մինչև 2018-ի վերջ գիծը լարման տակ պետք է դնենք ու հարավ ուղղությամբ էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխհոսքերը նախատեսվում է հասցնել ընդհուպ մինչև 1200 Մվտ հզորության։ Ինչ վերաբերում է դեպի հյուսիս` Վրաստան ուղղությանը, ապա մենք արդեն ընտրել ենք խորհրդատվական ընկերությանը, որ պատրաստում է մրցութային փաթեթ, ըստ որի կընտրենք նաև գլխավոր կապալառուին, որն էլ կիրականացնի ծրագիրը: Երկու փուլի համար գումարները կան, կկառուցենք գիծն ու ենթակայանները»,-նշեց Արեգ Գալ ստյանը:
Քառակողմ ծրագրով նախատեսվում է մինչև 2018 թվականի վերջ 2019-ի սկիզբ շահագործման հանձնել Հայաստան-Վրաստան 400/500 կՎ էլեկտրահաղորդման գիծն ուհաստատուն հոսանքի ներդիրով ենթակայանը։ Դրա արդյունքում կապահովվի Վրաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի հետ զուգահեռ ասինխրոն ռեժիմում աշխատանքիհնարավորություն և էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխհոսքի հզորությունը առաջին փուլում կկազմի 350 Մվտ` մինչև 2021 թվականը հասնելով 700 Մվտ-ի: Մինչ նշյալ ժամկետը նախատեսվում է շահագործման հանձնել նաև Իրան-Հայաստան 400 կՎ էլեկտրահաղորդման երկշղթա գիծը։ Այն թույլ կտա Իրանի հետ էլեկտրաէներգիայիփոխհոսքերը հասցնել ընդհուպ մինչև 1200 Մվտ հզոր ության։
