Մի քանի դիտարկում Եվրախորհրդարանում երեկ կայացած քննարկման վերաբերյալ

Աննա Օհանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
• Առաջին հերթին սա պարզապես քննարկում էր և որևէ բանաձևի կամ այլ փաստաթղթի ընդունում չէր ենթադրվում: Այնուամեայնիվ, կարելի է փաստել, որ այն մեծ կարևորություն ուներ միջազգային հանրության իրազեկման տեսանկյունից: Այս քննարկման մեջ իր դերն ունեցավ Հայաստանից և ԼՂՀ-ից Եվրախորհրդարան ուղարկված 520 կազմակերպությունների ստորագրահավաքը:
• ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգության հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիի խոսքը բնականաբար առավելագույնս չեզոք էր ու մեր տեսանկյունից անհետաքրքիր: Թերևս ամենակարևոր դրույթներից այն էր, որ բոլորը հասկանում հիմա, որ ստատուս քվոն կարող է հանգեցնել շատ ավելի լուրջ բռնությունների, ուստի այս իրավիճակում կողմերի միջև բանակցություններն ու քաղաքական երկխոսությունը այլընտրանք չունեն: Սակայն ոչ մի հասցեագրված ուղերձ:
• Բաքվի խավիարային առաքման ծառայությունից ավելին էի սպասում. ելույթ ունեցած շուրջ 25 պատգամավորներից միայն 3-4ն էին ճաշակել ձկնկիթի համը: Ավելին, երբ կարդացի հերթագրված պատգամավորներից ոմանց անունը, վստահ էի, որ շատ ադրբեջնանամետ ելույթ ենք լսելու, սակայն ամենայն հավանականությամբ ընդհանուր տրամադրության և Բաքվի ակնհայտ ագրեսիայիայով պայմանավորված ` նրանց ելույթները շատ չեզոք էին: Ամենահակահայկական ելույթը կանաչներից մի եվրապատգամավորինն էր, որը սակայն որևէ էական կշիռ չունի այնտեղ:
• Գերակշռում էր այն համոզմունքը, որ հարկարավոր է շփման գծում մշտադիտարկման հստակ մեխանիզմ ունենալ: Պատգամավորների մեծ մասը նշեցին, որ մենք մշտապես կողմ ենք արտահայտվել դրան, իսկ ադրբեջանցիները լսել անգամ չեն ուզում:
• Ամենասուր ու համարձակ ելույթներից կառանձնացնեմ Էլենի Թեոխարուսի, Ֆրանկ Էնգելի, Ժոզեֆ-Մարիա Տերիկաբրասի հայտարարությունները: Հնչեցին Ղարաբաղը ճանաչելու և Բաքվի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու կոչեր:
