Կատարում ենք Ռուսաստանի բոլոր պահանջները, միանում ՀԱՊԿ-ին, տեղակայում ռուսական ռազմաբազա` դրանով Հայաստանը դարձնելով թիրախ Թուրքիայի համար, միանում Մաքսային միությանը, Գազպրոմին շնորհում ենք բացարձակ մենաշնորհ ու պարտավորվում չգործել նրա շահերի դեմ, երկաթուղին հանձնում Ռուսաստանին ու թույլ տալիս որ քանդի այս համակարգը, խնդրում ենք որ մեզ տրված վարկով մեզ հասանելիք զենքը վերջապես փոխանցեն մեզ, ու հետո ազգովի հայացքներս ուղղում ենք դեպի Եվրոպա, ԱՄՆ: Եվրոպական խորհրդարանին 500-ից ավել հասարակական կազմակերպություններով նամակ ենք գրում ու խնդրում դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան, ԱՄՆ-ից ակնկալում ենք աջակցություն ու ստանում հայտարարություն Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի մասին, Գերմանիայում բողոքում ենք որ կռվում ենք 80-ականների զենքով: Ու սա այն պայմաններում, երբ մենք որոշեցինք ստորագրել Ասոցացման համաձայնագիրը, բայց հետո փոշմանեցինք, բանակցեցինք պայմանագիրը, ավարտեցինք, բայց արեցինք հակառակը` միացանք ռուսական մաքսային միությանը, ստացանք միլիոնավոր եվրոների ու դոլարների անհատույց աջակցություն, հրաժարվեցինք դոնորների համաժողովի կողմից հանգանակվելիք 4 միլիարդ դոլար աջակցությունից, բայց գերադասեցինք ռուսական 200 միլիոնանոց վարկը` զենք գնելու համար ու չստացանք այդ զինամթերքը ու խնդրում ենք որ փոխանցեն . . .
Ակամայից հիշեցի անգլիական նավերի մեր սարերը չբարձրանալու մասին հայտնի պատմությունը ու այդպես շարուրնակ:
