 ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պետք է գործի բացառապես հանուն խաղաղության հաստատման, ինչին հակասում է այդ երկրի կողմից հակամարտող կողմերին զենք մատակարարելու փաստը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում ունեցած ելույթի ժամանակ ասել է Ռումինիան ներկայացնող եվրապատգամավոր Բուշոյ Քրիստիան-Սիլվիուն:

Նա ոչ միայն մտահոգիչ, այլև անընդունելի է համարել ԼՂ հակամարտությունում բռնկված վերջին լարվածությունը: «Այս նոր լարվածությունը բացարձակապես անընդունելի է երկու պատճառով: Նախ, այն անմեղ մարդկանց կյանքեր խլեց. մեզ համար դա չափազանք բարձր գին ունեցավ, որը երբեք չենք կարող հանդուրժել: Երկրորդը, որովհետև մենք ականատեսը եղանք ոչ միայն հրադադարի վերջին խախտմանը, այլև ամենամասշտաբային գործողություններին 1994 թվականին կնքված հրադադրի պայմանագրից հետո: Կարծում եմ, որ այսօր թշնամանքին վերջ դնելուն ուղղված կոչերն այսուհետ բավարար չեն և, անկեղծ ասած, 22 տարի ուշացած են»,- նշել է Քրիստիան-Սիլվիուն:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ ժամանակն է ԵՄ-ն լիակատար աջակցություն ցուցաբերի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ջանքերին, իսկ Ռուսաստանը գործի բացառապես հանուն խաղաղության հաստատման: «Ինչպես կարող է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկիրը լինել խաղաղությանը վնասողը և միաժամանակ երկու երկրներին հիմնական զենք մատակարարողը»,- ելույթի վերջում նման հարցադրում է կատարել եվրապատգամավորը:
