ԼՂՀ ԱԺ - ՀՀ ԱԺ համագործակցության հանձնաժողովը քննարկել է Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը

ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նիստերի մեծ դահլիճում ապրիլի 12-ին տեղի է ունեցել ԼՂՀ ԱԺ - ՀՀ ԱԺ միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության հանձնաժողովի ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպումը, որի օրակարգում էր «Ս.թ. ապրիլի 2-5-ը Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոր ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը և խորհրդարանական անելիքները՝ Հայաստան-Արցախ միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության համատեքստում» թեման:
Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, հավելելով. «ՀՀ պատգամավորական պատվիրակության մեջ ընդգրկված էին մի շարք մշտական հանձնաժողովների նախագահներ և խորհրդարանական բոլոր խմբակցությունների պատասխանատուներ:
Խորհրդարանականները մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգեցին ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայից հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանող զոհված զինծառայողների և հրետակոծության հետևանքով մահացած խաղաղ բնակիչների հիշատակը:
Փոխադարձ պայմանավորվածությամբ, օրակար գային հարց է ընտրվել «Ս.թ. ապրիլի 2-5-ը Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոր ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը և խորհրդարանական անելիքները՝ Հայաստան-Արցախ միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցության համատեքստում» թեման:
Տեղի է ունեցել մտքերի փոխանակություն, որի ընթացքում ելույթ են ունեցել ԼՂՀ և ՀՀ շուրջ երկու տասնյակ պատգամավորներ:
Քննարկվել են պաշտպանության, անվտանգության և արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտներում օրենսդրական և այլ կարգի համագործակցության ու միջազգային խորհրդարանական հարթակներում Արցախին առնչվող խնդիրների համակողմանի ներկայացման հետ կապված հարցերի լայն շրջանակ:
Հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների պատգամավորները ընդգծել են համատեղ քննարկումների կարևորությունը, ինչը հիմք է տալիս ստեղծված ոչ սովորական պայմաններում գտնել արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար պահանջվող գործիքակազմը:
Ամփոփելով քննարկման արդյունքները՝ ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ առաջարկները գրավոր ձևով կներկայացվեն ԼՂՀ և ՀՀ խորհրդարաններին, և դրա հիման վրա կմշակվի համատեղ գործողությունների պլան»:
