ԵՏՄ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալու մասին տեսակետները թեեւ հասկանալի, բայց ռացիոնալ չեմ համարում: Ինչու՞:
Որովհետեւ ԵՏՄ-ն մի կառույց է, որ գործում է կոնսենսուսի սկզբունքով: Այսինքն, որոշումները կայացվում են բոլոր անդամների համաձայնությամբ: Եթե Հայաստանը որեւէ որոշման կողմ չլինի, այդ որոշումը չի կարող ընդունված համարվել:
Եւ ուրեմն, եթե ԵՏՄ-ն մեզ սաբոտաժի է ենթարկում, մենք էլ կարող ենք սաբոստաժի ենթարկել ԵՏՄ-ն:
Եթե այդ կառույցը կամ կառույցի երկրները իրենց կարգի չհրավիրեն, Հայաստանը դե յուրե այդ կազմակերպության անդամ մնալով կարող է դե ֆակտո կաթվածահար անել դրա գործունեությունը, քանի որ հնարավորություն ունի դեմ քվեարկելով խափանել ցանկացած որոշման ընդունում (այդ թվում նոր անդամների ներգրավման վերաբերյալ):
Այս հնարավորությունը կարծում եմ պետք է ի գիտություն ընդունենք մենք, այս հեռանկարը պետք է ի գիտություն ընդունեն ԵՏՄ բոլոր երկրները:
Հ.Գ. Պետք է խորությամբ հասկանալ, թե արդյո՞ք որեւէ դե յուրե խոչընդոտ կա, որ Հայաստանը ԵՏՄ անդամ հանդիսանալով ստորագրի ԵՄ-ի հետ Ասոցացման եւ Խորը եւ համապարփակ ազատ առեւտրի մասին համաձայնագրերի՝ արդեն իսկ բանակցված եւ համաձայնեցված փաթեթը:
