Մեր զրուցակիցը կատարվածը պատեհ առիթ է համարում՝ ԼՂՀ-ին բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ վերադարձնելու համար, եւ կարծում է, որ հայկական կողմը դա պետք է պնդի. «Դրա համար ես տարակուսանք հայտնեցի, որ ՀՀ գլխավոր շտաբի պետն էր հրադադարի համաձայնություն ձեռք բերում: ԼՂՀ-ն պետք է վերադառնա բանակցությունների սեղանին, եւ եթե պետք է զինադադարի նոր պայմանագիր ստորագրվի, դա պետք է անեն ԼՂՀ-ն ու Ադրբեջանը»:
