Ներողություն խնդրելը միշտ բարդ է, միայն ուժեղ մարդը կարող է բարձրաձայն խոստովանել, որ ինքն այնպես չի վարվել, ինչպես պետք էր: Հանգամանքները տարբեր են լինում, բայց ցանկացած իրավիճակում պետք է մարդ մնալ: Ցավ պատճառելով` մենք մեզ շրջապատում ենք վիրավորանքների, ապրումների, խղճի խայթերի, վշտացածության եւ նույնիսկ ատելության էներգիայով: Որոշ բաներ իրոք դժվար է ներել, բայց ներումը սահման չունի: Հենց ներման շնորհիվ են մարդիկ նոր կյանք սկսում, փոխում իրենց հայացքները եւ շարունակում միայն առաջ գնալ: Վիրավորանքները, բեռի նման, միայն ներքեւ են ձգում: Դրանք խարիսխ են ամեն նորի համար: Զարգացումն անհնար է, եթե չկա անցյալի մաքրության զգացողություն:
Բարձրաձայն արտաբերելով «Կներես» եւ անկեղծորեն ցանկանալով քավել մեղքը` Դուք ներքին հաշվեկշռի նոր մակարդակում եք հայտնվում: Հոգեկան հավասարակշռությունը համընթաց քամի է դառնում ցանկացած նոր նախաձեռնության համար: Մեկ ֆրազը կարող է փրկել կամ սպանել: Մեկ բառը կարող է շանս նվիրել կամ սպանել հավատն ինքն իր հանդեպ: Վախենալուց առաջ, արժե կշեռքի վրա դնել սեփական վախը եւ հոգու փրկությունը: Եվ եթե հասկանում եք, որ արժե գնալ դրան, ռիսկի դիմեք: Հոգու մաքրումը կարող է նախ եւ առաջ մաքրել Ձեր ապագան:
«Ես քեզ սիրում եմ»
Փոխադարձ անսահման սեր: Այս լուսավոր զգացումը սնել է պատմության մեջ սխրանքի բոլոր օրինակները, սերը թեւեր է տվել Հերոսներին եւ ամբողջ ժողովուրդների է փրկել: Սերը մարդկանց ավելի բարի է դարձնում եւ բացահայտում է մեր լավագույն հատկանիշները: Սերո մեջ ուժ եւ հավատ կա: Չկա ավելի երջանիկ մարդ, քան սիրահարված մարդը, որը փոխադարձաբար սիրված է: Երբեմն այնքան սարսափելի է բարձրաձայն ասել երեք ամենասպասված բառը, որովհետեւ դրանք մերկացնում են հոգին: Կյանքը բաժանվում է «մինչեւի» եւ «հետոյի», երբ ասում ենք. «Ես քեզ սիրում եմ»: Ինչ-որ մեկին երկարատեւ հեփփի-էնդ է սպասում, մեկ ուրիշին էլ`ողբերգական ավարտով դրամա: Բայց ուղղակի անհրաժեշտ է բացահայտել սեփական զգացմունքները, չի կարելի վախենալ նրանից, ինչ ապրում է մեր ներսում: Ամեն դեպքում ձեր ցանկության առարկայի հետ ջերմ շփում կամ ամուր ընկերություն չի ստացվի, իսկ մշտական ցավին դիմանալ ոչ մեկն ի վիճակի չէ: Ամեն ինչ սահման ունի: Եթե սիրահարվածության զգացումը կրծում է Ձեր հոգին, խոստովանեք դա ձեր ընտրյալին: Ձեզ համար ցավալի կլինի մերժում լսելը, բայց ճշմարտությունն ամեն դեպքում Ձեզ հնարավորություն կտա սեփական կյանքում նոր ընթացք կառուցել: Ձեր զուգընկերոջ ցանկացած պատասխան կփոխի Ձեր այսօրը, բայց «Ես քեզ սիրում եմ»-ը պիտի հնչի յուրաքանչյուր մարդու շուրթերից, չէ որ Ձեր շուրթերից հենց այս նախադասությունը գուցե ամենաթանկ նվերն է ինչ-որ մեկի համար:
«Օգնիր ինձ»
Սեփական թուլությունը խոստովանելը միշտ դժվար է եղել, սակայն տարիների հետ դա ավելի ու ավելի բարդ է դառնում: Ժամանակակից աշխարհն ապրում է «Սպարտայի» օրենքներով, գոյատեւում է ամենաուժեղը, իսկ թույլերին նետում են ժայռից: Իհարկե փոխաբերական պատկեր է, բայց բարոյական ցավի զգացողությունը հավասարվում է ֆիզիկականի սրությանը: Սեփական թուլությունը, գործելու սեփական անկարողությունը խոստովանելը միշտ խանգարել է եւ կխանգարի ապրել: «Ուժեղ մարդ լինելու» միտումը շատերի կյանքն է սահմանափակում: Հենց միայն այն միտքը, որ դու «թույլ ես», քեզ անկյուն է մղում, եւ սեփական ուժերի հանդեպ հավատը աչքի առաջ մարում է: Բայց երբեմն օգնություն խնդրելը քայլ է դեպի ինքնակատարելագործում: Երբեք չեք կարող ամեն ինչ իմանալ, ոչ ոք չի կարող ամեն ինչ ինքնուրույն անել: Մենք բոլորս դեպի ինքնակատարելագործում ենք գնացել սեփական փորձերի եւ սխալների ուղիով: Մեզ սովորեցնում են դպրոցում, բուհ-ում, աշխատավայրում: Հետո մենք ենք փոխանցում մեր մասնագիտական եւ անձնական աճի փորձը: Մենք բոլորս եղել ենք «աշակերտի» դիրքում, եւ ամոթալի ոչինչ չկա թեկուզ երբեմն թուլություն դրսեւորելու եւ այնպիսի մեկը լինելու մեջ, որին ճանապարհ են ցույց տալիս:
