ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ապրիլի 11-ին հանդիպեց Երևան ժամանած ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի քաղաքական հարցերով տեղակալ Ջեֆրի Ֆելթմանին։

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալին ներկայացրեց ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի հետևանքները՝ այդ առումով կարևորելով ռազմական գործողությունների անթույլատրելիության մասին միջազգային հարնության հստակ դիրքորոշումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալը խոր մտահոգություն հայտնեց հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի սրման հետ կապված՝ նշելով, որ ՄԱԿ-ն իր միասնական դիրքորոշումն արտահայտել է՝ անվերապահ աջակցություն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների` ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված ջանքերին։

Հանդիպման օրակարգում էին Մերձավոր Արևելքում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները, միգրացիոն ճգնաժամին առնչվող խնդիրներ։

Զրուցակիցները քննարկեցին ՄԱԿ-ում Հայաստանի ներգրավվածությանը վերաբերող հարցեր, ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող արդյունավետ ծրագրերը:

Հանդիպումից հետո ստորագրվեցին ՀՀ և ՄԱԿ միջև առաջիկա չորս տարիների՝ տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության վերաբերյալ մի շարք փաստաթղթեր (Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության զարգացման ծրագրի միջև երկրում համագործակցության ծրագրի գործողությունների ծրագիր 2016-2020, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Միավորված ազգերի բնակչության հիմնադրամի միջև երկրում Միավորված ազգերի բնակչության հիմնադրամի գործունեության ծրագիր 2016-2020, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադր ամի միջև երկրում Միավորված ազգերի մանկական հիմնադրամի գործունեության ծրագիր 2016-2020):
