Ադրբեջանական կողմից հանձնված զոհվածների բոլոր մարմինները ենթարկվել են խոշտանգման ու անարգանքի։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ԼՂՀ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների եւ անհայտ կորածների հարցերով զբաղվող պետական հանձնաժողովը:

«Այս արարքը, հանդիսանալով հակահումանիզմի աղաղակող դրսեւորում, հակասում է պատերազմի օրենքներին ու սովորույթներին եւ կոպտորեն ոտնահարում միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի, մասնավորապես, 1949 թ. Գործող բանակներում վիրավորների եւ հիվանդների վիճակի բարելավման մասին Ժնեւյան 1-ին կոնվենցիայի, 1949 թ․ Ռազմագերիների հետ վարվելակերպի մասին Ժնեւյան 3-րդ կոնվենցիայի եւ 1977 թ․ Միջազգային զինված ընդհարումների զոհերի պաշտպանության մասին 1949 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ի Ժնեւի կոնվենցիաների 1-ին արձանագրության պահանջները։

Ղարաբաղյան կողմը հետամուտ է լինելու, որպեսզի ադրբեջանական կողմի նման պահվածքը ենթարկվի միջազգային հանրության եւ մասնագիտացված կառույցների խստագույն դատապարտմանը, իսկ մեղավորները կրեն պատասխանատվություն»:,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Նշենք, որ ապրիլի 10-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ռազմագերիների, պատանդների եւ անհայտ կորածների հարցերով զբաղվող պետական հանձնաժողովը՝  Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի եւ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի միջնորդությամբ, Բաշ Քարվենդ բնակավայրի մոտակայքում իրականացրել է զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ։ Փոխանակման ընթացքում ղարաբաղյան կողմին է հանձնվել ս․թ․ ապրիլի 2-5 Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիայի արդյունքում առաջնագծում զոհված ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակի 18 զինծառայողի մարմին:
