Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով բանակցությունների սեղանին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների առաջարկություններն են, որոնք այս կամ այն տեսքով քննարկվել են վերջին տարիներին: Այս մասին Երևանում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ռուս համանախագահ Իգոր Պոպովը` լրագրողի խնդրանքով մեկնաբանելով, թե ինչ են ենթադրում «լավրովյան նախաձեռնությունները»: «Որևէ նոր փաստաթուղթ` Լավրովի փաստաթուղթ, չկա, կան համանախագահների առաջարկություններ: Դրանք հիմնված են երեք սկզբունքների և վեց տարրերի վրա, որոնք այս կամ այն տեսքով քննարկվել են վերջին տարիներին»,-ասաց համանախագահը` պարզաբանելով, որ դրանք Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ ակտի երեք հիմնարար դրույթներն են` ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառման, ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի և տարածքային ամբողջականության:

Իսկ վեց տարրերից ամենակարևոր երկուսը համանախագահն առանձնացրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի որոշման և տարածքների վերադարձի հարցերը: «Այս երկու տարրերը պետք է դիտարկել որպես ամբողջություն` առանց մեկը մյուսին գերակայություն տալու: Այս մասին է խոսքը գնացել այսպես կոչված «լավրովյան նախաձեռնություններում»: Բացի այդ երկու տարրերից, կան նաև հարցեր` կապված փախստականների վերադարձի, Հայաստանն ու ԼՂ-ն կապող միջանցքի լայնության ու կարգավիճակի, նաև խաղաղապահ առաքելության տեղակայման հետ: «Խաղաղապահն երի տեղակայումը պետք է լինի միայն եզրափակիչ փուլում, երբ կստորագրվի խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը»,-ասաց Պոպովը (համանախագահը չհիշատակեց ԼՂ-ի վերջնական իրավական կարգավիճակը սահմանող պարտադիր կամարտահայտության տարրը-հեղ.):

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ), Պիեռ Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնականներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը ապրիլի 5-ից տարածաշրջանում են: Բաքվում հանդիպումներից հետո նրանք այցեցել են Ստեփանակերտ, հանդիպել Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ, ապա եկել Երևան: ՀՀ Նախագահի, արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարների հետ հանդÕ �պումներից հետո նրանք այցի արդյունքներն ամփոփում են հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցների համար:
