Ժնեւն սպասում է միջսիրիական բանակցությունների մասնակիցներին

Ժնեւում այս շաբաթ մեկնարկում է միջսիրիական բանակցությունների նոր փուլը: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ Սիրիայի խնդրով հատուկ դեսպանորդ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրան, ոչ ոք չի պատրաստվում դրանք հետաձգել: Քննարկումների մասնակիցներն արդեն Շվեյցարիա ժամանելու հրավերներ են ստացել, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրե ս»-ը:
Մինչդեռ դեռեւս պարզ չէ, թե որ օրն է համարվելու բանակցությունների նոր փուլի սկիզբը: ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնակատարը, մարտի 24-ին ամփոփելով նախորդ փուլի արդյունքները, նշել էր, որ բանակցությունները կվերսկսվեն ապրիլի 9-11-ին, չբացառելով, որ առանձին պատվիրակություններ կարող են Ժնեւ ժամանել ավելի ուշ: Ընդսմին հասկանալի էր, որ տվյալ դեպքում իրական աշխատանքը կսկսվի ապրիլի 11-ին:
Նախանշված ամսաթվից ավելի ուշ Ժնեւ վերադառնալու մասին ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էին Դամասկոսի ներկայացուցիչները: Պատվիրակության ղեկավարը՝ ՄԱԿ-ին առընթեր Սիրիայի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Բաշա Ջաֆարին ասել էր, որ դա տեղի կունենա Սիրիայում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումից հետո, որոնք նշանակված են ապրիլի 13-ին: Ընդդիմադիր պատվիրակությունները մտադրություն էին հայտնում Ժնեւ ժամանել ավելի վաղ՝ իրենց դիրքորոշումը բացատրելով այն բանով, որ ընտրությունների անցկացումը չպետք է հանգեցնի բանակցային գործընթացի դանդաղման: Սակայն ներկայում ը նդդիմադիր պատվիրակությունները նույնպես չեն ժամանել Ժնեւ:
Միստուրան ինքն այս օրերին նույնպես բացակայելու է Ժնեւում: Ապրիլի 7-ին կայացած բրիֆինգի ժամանակ նա հայտարարել էր, որ հերթական փուլի սկսվելուց առաջ մտադիր է այցելել Դամասկոս եւ Թեհրան, ինչպես նաեւ կոնսուլտացիաներ անցկացնել Թուրքիայի եւ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ:
Ապրիլի 11-ին նա ժամանել է Սիրիա, որտեղ բանակցություններ կվարի երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վալիդ Մուալեմի հետ, իսկ Ժնեւ Միստուրան պլանավորում է վերադառնալ ապրիլի 12-ի երեկոյից ոչ շուտ, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
