Արցախում է գեներալ-մայոր, Արցախի հերոս Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը: Նա այնտեղ է ոչ միայն առաջնագծում կանգնած զինվորներին քաջալերելու, այլև որոշակի ծրագրով հանդես գալու նպատակով: Կոմանդոսը ցանկանում է Երևանում համախմբել աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում ապրող ռազմական փորձագետներին և գեներալներին, համատեղ ուժերով առաջնագիծ մեկնել ցանկացողների վերապատրաստրաստումը մշակելու և անցկացնելու համար:

Այսօր Ստեփանակերտում որոշ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նա նշեց. «Ուսումնական կենտրոն ենք ուզում ստեղծել Հայաստանում, այսկերպ մենք լրացուցիչ օգնություն ենք առաջարկում, որպեսզի մարտունակությունը բարձրանա հատկապես ազատամարտիկների շրջանում: Իրենք նետվում են մարտի դաշտ, բայց վաղուց չեն կրակել, նրանց պետք է նախապատրաստել, նոր ուղարկել»:

Բարձր գնահատելով ազատամարտիկների և ողջ ազգի պատրաստակամությունը, նա նշեց, որ մարտի դաշտում գլխավորը ոչ թե զինվորի քանակն է, այլ` որակը, ինչին էլ միտված է իր ծրագիրը:

Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը հավելեց, որ նամակ է ուղարկել աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում ապրող հայազգի գեներալներին, արձագանքողներ կան, անգամ հրավիրում են արտերկիր, սակայն այս հարցի շուրջ յուրաքանչյուր քննարկում տեղի է ունենալու Հայաստանում. «Այժմ մենք պետք է իմանանք, թե կոնկրետ ինչ կարող են անել արձագանքողները, պետք է պատրաստվել: Ես չգիտեմ` կշարունակվի պատերազմը, թե ոչ, բայց պետք է պատրաստվել: Մենք ուզում ենք օգնել բանակին»:

Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք նամակը` ուղղված աշխարհասփյուռ հայազգի գեներալներին և ռազմական փորձագետներին:

«Հարգելի աշխարհասփյուռ հայության գեներալներ և ռազմական փորձագետներ

Այսօր հայության առջև ծառացել են կենաց-մահու խնդիրներ: Պանթուրքիզմը փորձեց և շարունակելու է փորձել ծնկի բերել հայ ժողովրդին, որովհետև ՀՀ-ը և ԼՂՀ-ը են այդ գաղափարախոսության կյանքի կոչման հիմնական խոչընդոտներից մեկը: Իրենց յուրահատուկ վայրագությամբ և նենգությամբ, օգտագործելով բոլոր տեսակի զինյալներին և զինատեսակները, իսլամական պետության զինյալներից սկսած մինչև սմերչեր, հարձակվեցին սահմանին կանգնած հայ զինվորի վրա: Չնայած գործադրած բոլոր ջանքերին` հայ զինվորը դիմագրավեց և հաղթեց, զոհվեց, բայց չընկրկեց: Շատերն իրենց կյանքը նվիրաբերեցին հայոց աշխարհը կանգուն պահելու սուրբ գործին: Եվ հիմա, կորստի, ափսոսանքի ու ոգևորության օրերին մենք պետք է լինենք արժանի հայ զինվորին: Մենք իրավունք չունենք նրա գործած սխրանքը իզուր կորցնելու: Եվ որպեսզի լուծվեն հայ ժողովրդի առաջ ծառացած խնդիրները, թշնամին այլևս երբեք չհանդգնի հարձակվել մեզ վրա, առավել ևս ոտք դնել մեր սուրբ հողին, մենք պետք է լինենք միասնական:

Կոչ եմ անում աշխարհասփյուռ հայ գեներալներին և ռազմական փորձագետներին` հավաքվել Երևանում` հայության առաջ ծառացած խնդիրների լուծումները և համահայկական բանակի ուղիները գտնելու նպատակով:

Մեր միասնությամբ լինենք արժանի մեր զինվորների թափած արյանը»,- նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել գեներալ-մայոր Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը:
