ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, որը տարածաշրջանում է ապրիլի 5-ից հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բարձրագույն ռազմական և քաղաքական ղեկավարության հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Երևանում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ռուս հ ամանախագահ Իգոր Պոպովը: «Ցանկանում եմ շեշտել, որ մեր մանդատի մեջ չի մտնում հաստատել այն հարցը, թե ով է առաջինը սկսել, ով է կրում դրա պատասխանատվությունը: Մենք ունենք հանդիպումներ անցկացնելու և իրավիճակի կայունացմանը նպաստելու մանդատ»,- նշեց Պոպովը: Նրա խոսքով՝ կարևորագույն արդյունքն այն է, որ կողմերը նպատակ ունեն կամ առնվազն շեշտում են, որ պատրաստ են պահպանել Մոսկվայում հաստատված հրադադարը:

«Մենք քննարկել ենք այն հարցը, թե ինչ է հնարավոր անել խաղաղությունը պահպանելու համար: Հիմնական խնդիրը կողմերին բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ բերելն է: Քաղաքական քննարկումներին վերադառնալու գիտակցությունը կա»,- նշեց Պոպովը: Համանախագահները տարածաշրջանում հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկել են նաև վստահության ամրապնդման և կամ «դրան վերադարձի» համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցների հարցը: Համանախագահները քննարկումները կշարունակեն իրենց մայրաքաղաքներում, իսկ այնուհետև կհանդիպեն մեկ շաբաթից, դրանից հետո հնարավոր է, որ նորից այցելեն տաածաշրջան: «Կարևորագույն հարցերից մեկն էլ զոհվածների աճյունների վերադարձն է, որով զբաղվում է ԿԽՄԿ-ն, իսկ այդ հարցի կոորդինացիայով զբաղվում է դեսպան Կասպշիկի գրասենյակը»,- նշեց Պոպովը:
