Վերջին օրերին հնչող հայտարարություններից, հեռախոսազրույցներից, տարբեր կալիբրի դեմքերի Երևան, Բաքու և Մոսկվա կատարված այցերից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ կրակի դադարեցումից հետո թիվ մեկ խնդիրը Ադրբեջանին բանակցությունների սեղան վերադարձնելն է:

Ըստ էության, իրավիճակով պայմանավորված, Ադրբեջանն առանձնապես չի էլ «դիմադրում», որովհետև գոնե այս պահին այլ ճանապարհ չունի. գրեթե բոլոր զարգացումներն այս պահին նրա դեմ է աշխատում:

Կողմերըն ըստ էության, վերադարձել են բանակցությունների «կազանյան շրջափուլ» (2011). դա այն ժամանակահատվածն էր, երբ մեկնարկեց Ադրբեջանի աստիճանական հեռացումը բանակցությունների սեղանից, ինչն ի դեպ, ոչ պատահականորեն համընկավ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական բյուջեի ու ռազմական մատակարարումների կտրուկ աճին:

«Կազանյան փաթեթի» մանրամասներին հասկանալի պատճառներով շատ սահմանափակ թվով մարդիկ են տիրապետում, միայն հայտնի է, որ դրանք նախապես համաձայնեցված էին կողմերի հետ, սակայն Կազանում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Ադրբեջանը հետ կանգնեց պայմանավորվածություններից՝ հանդես գալով 10 նոր առաջարկներով:

Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ առաջարկները չէին տեղավորվում մինչև այդ բանակցային գործընթացում առաջ քաշված ընդհանուր գծի տրամաբանությանը, հասկանալի է դառնում, որ Ադրբեջանն ուղղակի գործընթացը տապալելու խնդիր էր լուծում, որի իրական նպատակն այն էր, ինչին ականատես դարձանք ապրիլի սկզբներին:

Մեկ հանգամանք ևս. բանակցությունների սեղան Ադրբեջանի վերադարձը դեռևս չի երաշխավորում հակամարտության՝ բացառության խաղաղ կարգավորում. էսկալացիայի վտանգը ցանկացած պահի դեռևս առկա է, իսկ բանակցությունների ընթացքի և հեռանկարների մասին դեռ վաղ է խոսել:
