Շարմազանովը կոչ է անում Սփյուռքին միջազգային կառույցներում բարձրաձայնել Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների մասին

Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը կոչ է անում Սփյուռքի հայկական համայնքներին՝ օգտագործել բոլոր կապերը՝ միջազգային կառույցներում բարձրաձայնելու խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների մասին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Շարմազանովը հայտարարեց, որ այդ խն դրով զբաղվում է Ազգային ժողովում պատգամավորների խումբը: Աշխատանքները նաև Արդարադատության նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են: Կձևավորվի պրոֆեսիոնալ խումբ, կհավաքվեն փաստական բոլոր նյութերը, որպեսզի համապատասխան ատյաններում ներկայացվեն ապացույցներ Ադրբեջանը պատժամիջոցների ենթարկելու համար: «Պետք է կարողանանք օգտագործել բոլոր հարթակները, որպեսզի առաջավոր աշխարհին ցույց տանք, որ խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ռազմական գործողություն իրականացնող Ադրբեջանը պետք է ենթարկվի պատժամիջոցների ռազմական հանցագործությունների, միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը, Ժնևյան կոնվենցիաները խախտելու համար»,-ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը ևառավոտյան Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվել ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին Մարտունու ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են:
Ավելի ուշ Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել ևս չորս վիրավորքաղաքացիական անձինք: Իսկ ապրիլի 3-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Թալիշում նախօրեին ադրբեջանցիները գազանաբար գնդակահարել, խոշտանգել ու խեղել են երեք խաղաղ բնակիչների: Հայկական կողմը 44 կորուստ ունի, 21 զինծառայող անհայտ կորած է, 122 մարդ` վիրավոր:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել իրավիճակը վերցնել վերահսկողության տակ և զգալի կորուստներ պատճառել հակառակորդին. ապրիլի 1-5-ը տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինուժը տվել է ավելի քան 300 կորուստ (որոշ տեղեկություններով` զոհերի ու վիրավորների թիվը նշվում է 2000), ոչնչացվել է 24 տանկ, 3 հետևակի մարտական մեքենա, 1 ինժեներական տեխնիկա, 2 ուղղաթիռ, 8 անօդաչու սարք, 1ՄՄ 21 ռեակտիվ հրետանու մարտական մեքենա: Ապրիլի 5-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի ն, շփման գծում դադարեցվել է կրակը` Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբների պետերի` Մոսկվայում ձեռք բերած պայմանավորվածության համաձայն:
