ԵՏՄ անդամ պետությունների տրանսպորտային հարցերով խորհրդակցություն կայացավ Երևանում

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների տրանսպորտի բնագավառի իրավասու մարմինների  ղեկավարների խոհրդակցությունը կայացավ ապրիլի 7-ին: Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցում էին  ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը, ՌԴ տնտեսական զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ  Ալեքսեյ Լիխաչևը, ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Ալեքսեյ Ցիդենովը, Ղազախստանի  ներդրումների և զարգացման փոխնախարար Ժենիս Կասիմբեկը, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, ԵՏՄ հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչներ։ 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը։ Նա  ողջունեց ներկաներին՝ մաղթելով արդյունավետ աշխատանք: 

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի էներգետիկայի և ենթակառուցվածքի  հարցերով Կոլեգիայի անդամ (Նախարար) Դանիլ Իբրաևը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց հայկական կողմին ջերմ ընդունելության համար, որից հետո ներկայացրեց  օրակարգում ընդգրկված հարցերը։

Օրակարգի առաջին հարցը վերաբերում էր «Տրանսպորտային համաձայնեցված քաղաքականության» արձանագրության կիրառմանը, մասնավորապես, ԵՏՄ տարածքում  երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի միասնական սակագների  կարգավորմանը և դրանում Ղրղզստանի ներգրավմանը։

Որոշվեց, որ հետագայում հարցը քննարկվի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության խորհրդում: Մինչ այդ հարցը ևս մեկ անգամ կքննարկվի ղրղզական կողմի հետ:

Երկրորդ հարցը վերաբերում էր  «Նավագնացության մասին» համաձայնագրի նախագծին։ Ներկայացված նախագծով առաջարկվում էր ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրների  ջրային տրանսպորտի ոլորտում ստեղծել ինտեգրման նորմատիվ-իրավական հենք, տրանսպորտային ծառայությունների ընդհանուր շուկա, և ներքին ջրային փոխադրումների ժամանակ ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրների նավերով փոխադրումների իրականացման համար միասնական կանոններ և պայմաններ ստեղծել։

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների տրանսպորտի բնագավառի իրավասու մարմինների  ղեկավարների խորհրդակցության ավարտին քննարկված հարցերի վերաբերյալ կազմվեց և ստորագրվեց արձանագրություն:
