Հափշտակություն՝ նորակառույց շենքում բնակարան տրամադրելու պատրվակով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է նորակառույց շենքում բնակարան տրամադրելու պատրվակով խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
2015 թվականի մայիսի 4-ին Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ստացվել է քաղաքացու լիազորած անձ Տ. Խուրշուդյանի դիմումն առ այն, որ «Լևոն Ամիրխանյան» ՍՊ ընկերության և իր վստահորդի միջև 2009 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին կնքվել է անշարժ գույքի առուվաճառքի նախնական պայմանագրեր և կազմվել ստացական։ Ըստ այդմ՝ 2 բնակարան ձեռք բերելու դիմաց ընկերությանը վճարվել է 110.911.449 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 303.360 ԱՄՆ դոլար։
Մասնավորապես՝ ընկերությունը՝ ի դեմս տնօրեն Ա. Հովհաննիսյանի, պարտավորվել է Սայաթ-Նովա փողոցին հարող հատվածում կառուցվող բազմաբնակարան նորակառույց շենքի շինարարարական աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո, որպես սեփականություն, քաղաքացուն հանձնել թիվ 19 և թիվ 36 բնակարանները, ինչը սակայն տեղի չի ունեցել։
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ շինարարության ավարտից հետո ընկերությունը քաղաքացուն է հանձնել միայն թիվ 19 բնակարանը, իսկ 49.050.237 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 134.160 ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ թիվ 36 բնակարանը չի հանձնել: Ավելին՝ 2014 թվականի ապրիլի 16-ին բնակարանը վաճառվել է այլ անձի:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
2015 թվականի հունիսի 1-ին քրեական գործն ըստ քննչական ենթակայության ուղարկվել է Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ պարզելու գործարքի բոլոր հանգամանքները։
