Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Վրաստանի վարչապետի հետ այցելել է վրաց-ռուսական սահմանային անցակետ

Վրաստան կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիի հետ հուլիսի 27-ին այցելել է վրաց-ռուսական սահմանին տեղակայված Դարիալի (Կազբեկի) սահմանանային անցակետ, տեղեկացնում է կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Երկու երկրների կառավարության ղեկավարները տեղում ծանոթացել են սահմանային անցակետի աշխատանքներին, զրուցել աշխատակիցների հետ: Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին մասնավորապես հետաքրքրել է, թե ինչ խնդիրներ են ունենում Վրաստանի տարածքով Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան մեկնող մեքենաները, որքան ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը զննելու ու համապատասխան ընթացակարգերն անցնելու համար: Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը զրուցել է նաև անցակետով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մեկնող Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների հետ:
Շրջայցից հետո, երկու երկրների վարչապետներն ամփոփել են այցի արդյունքները: Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, վրաց-ռուսական սահմանի Դարիալի անցակետի աշխատանքը կերկարացվի ևս 3,5 ժամով, այսինքն՝ վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում 6.5 ժամով, և նոր պայմանավորվածության համաձայն կգործի 05.30-24.00-ն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ ևս, երկու վարչապետների քննարկման արդյունքում աշխատանքային գրաֆիկը 3 ժամով ավելացել էր (06.00-18.00-ի փոխարեն սահմանվել էր 06.00-21.00):
Կողմերը քննարկել են վրացական անցակետում հայկական բեռնատարների խցանումները նվազագույնի հասցնելու, ինչպես նաև՝ Հայաստանից վրացական անցակետով կազմակերպվող արտահանումների գործընթացը դյուրացնելու հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր:
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև հայ-վրացական սահմանին կառուցվելիք «Բարեկամության» կամուրջի շինարարության հարցին: Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են արագ ժամկետներում սկսել կառուցման գործընթացը:
Երկու երկրների վարչապետների քննարկման օրակարգում էր նաև Վրաստանը Ռուաստանին կապող մայրուղու այն հատվածների հարցերը, որտեղ մշտապես սողանքների, քարաթափման վտանգ կա:
Վրացական կողմը տեղեկացրել է, որ նախատեսում է քայլեր ձեռնարկել ճանապարհահատվածն առավել անվտանգ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ: Այդ նպատակով, մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է իրականացնել ճանապարհի լայնացման, ինչպես նաև լուսավորման հետ կապված աշխատանքներ:
