Հարգելի պրն. Օհանյան, վերջին շրջանում սահմանին առկա ռազմական իրավիճակի ընթացքում Հայ զինվորը իր պատրաստվածության ,արիության և կամքի ուժի շնորհիվ ավերիչ պատասխան տվեց և ետ շպրտեց թշնամուն , նկատվեց նաև կամավոր երիտասարդների բազմահազարանոց հոսք, ովքեր տարբեր պատճառներով չանցնելով պարտադիր ծառայությունը, չեն տիրապետում ռազմավարական հմտություններին, ինչպես նաև զենքի օգտագործմանը , բայց տեսնելով իրենց եղբայրներին` մեծ ցանկություն ունեն, հատկապես նման իրավիճակներում` ռազմական տեսանկյունից օգտակար լինելու իրենց Հայրենիքին` պայքարի առաջնագծում:
Առաջարկում եմ, ամսվա կտրվածքով, ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից սահմանել օրեր, որոնց շրջանակներում հնարավորություն կտրվի, հենց պարտադիր ծառայությունը չանցած երիտասարդներին, բազայական գիտելիքներ ձեռք բերել ռազմարվեստի և զենքի օգտագործման վերաբերյալ:Այսպիսով, անգամ պարտադիր ծառայություն չանցած մեր երիտասարդները նմանօրինակ դեպքերում կունենան անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքներ:
