Ժնևի Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցու ծխական խորհուրդը 10 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար է ուղղել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությանը: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրին եկեղեցու ծխական խորհուրդից:
«Ապրիլի 1-ից արցախյան հակամարտության գոտում վերսկսել են պատերազմական գործողությունները: Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը ծանր վնասներ է հասցրել նախահարձակ Ադրբեջանական ուժերին, բայց, բնականաբար, ինքն էլ կրում է որոշակի կորուստներ: Սփյուռքի բոլոր համայնքներն ինքնակազմակերպվում են Արցախին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար, և նյութաֆինանսական միջոցների ներհոսքը համակարգելու համար Արցախի կառավարությունը ստեղծել է հատուկ օպերատիվ շտաբ` Արցախի վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Կոչ ենք անում ծխի բոլոր անդամներին իրենց հնարավորությունների սահմաններում ուղիղ դրամական փոխանցումներով իրենց աջակցությունը ցուցաբերել Արցախի ժողովրդին, բանակին և կառավարությանը: Մենք սահմանին կանգնած չենք, բայց մեր երկրի թիկունքին ենք»,-նշված է ծխական խորհրդի տարածած հայտարարությունում:
Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջերկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման ենենթարկվել ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ադրբեջանական զինուժիկողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքիցիրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Թաթուլի Գրիգրյանը, ևս երկու երեխավիրավորվել են:
Ավելի ուշ Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել ևս չորս վիրավոր քաղաքացիական անձինք: Իսկ ապրիլի 3-ին հայտնիդարձավ, որ Թալիշում նախօրեին ադրբեջանցիները գազանաբար գնդակահարել, խոշտանգել ու խեղել են երեք խաղաղբնակիչների: Հայկական կողմը 3 2 կորուստ ունի, 25 զինծառայող անհայտ կորած է, 121 մարդ` վիրավոր: Հինգ մարդ էլ, այդթվում` ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղական երկու համայնքի ղեկավար, զոհվել է ավտոբուսի ռմբահարումից` Մարտակերտիճանապարհին:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղելիրավիճակը վերցնել վերահսկողության տակ և զգալի կորուստներ պատճառել հակառակորդին. ապրիլի 1-5-ը տեղի ունեցածմարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջան ական զինուժը տվել է ավելի քան 300 կորուստ (որոշ տեղեկություններով`զոհերի ու վիրավորների թիվը նշվում է 2000), ոչնչացվել է 24 տանկ, 3 հետևակի մարտական մեքենա, 1 ինժեներական տեխնիկա, 2 ուղղաթիռ, 7 անօդաչու սարք, 1ՄՄ 21ռեակտիվ հրետանու մարտական մեքենա: Ապրիլի 5-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ին, ԼեռնայինՂարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում երկկողմ համաձայնությամբ դադարեցվել է կրակը:
