Սարգսյանն ու Շտայնմայերը կարևորել են զինադադարի խախտման դեպքերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծումը

Պաշտոնական այցով Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում գտնվող ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր հանդիպում է ունեցել ԳԴՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի հետ:
Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նշելով, որ իր այցը Գերմանիա կայանում է այնպիսի մի ժամանակահատվածում, երբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից լրջագույն մարտահրավեր է նետված ԼՂ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ անվտանգությանը, ՀՀ Նախագահը հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել է այս օրերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից զինադադարի խախտման և իրադրության աննախադեպ սրման պատճառով առաջացած լարված իրավիճակն ու վերջին զարգացումները:
«Այն, որ այս դժվարին պահին ես այստեղ եմ, առավել քան խոսում է այն կարևորության մասին, որ Հայաստանը վերապահում է երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, ինչպես նաև Գերմանիայի դերակատարությանը՝ որպես ԵԱՀԿ նախագահող երկիր»,-ասել է Նախագահ Սարգսյանը` ընդգծելով, որ հաշվի առնելով, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին է վստահված ԼՂ խնդրի կարգավորումը՝ ակնկալիքները մեծ են հենց ԵԱՀԿ-ից: Նախագահը նշել է, որ ակնկալվում են խաղաղությանն ուղղված գործնական քայլեր, իսկ 1994թ. զինադադարի ռեժիմի վերականգնումից հետո` այն խստորեն պահպանելուն միտված մեխանիզմների կիրառում։
Գերմանիայի արտգործնախարարը վերահաստատել է իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ հակամարտության կողմերին արված իր կոչը` ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծելով, որ ԼՂ հակամարտությունը չի կարող ունենալ ռազմական լուծում, և կողմերը պետք է քաղաքական կամք ցուցաբերեն ու վերադառնան Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ձևաչափով բանակցություններին: Արտգործնախարար Շտայնմայերը կարևորել է ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում վստահության ամրապնդման միջոցառումների իրականացումը, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի կողմից շփման գծում մոնիտորինգի վերսկսումը:
Հանդիպմանը երկուստեք կարևորվել է զինադադարի խախտման դեպքերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծումը: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այդ առումով անհրաժեշտ է համարել նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի մանդատի ընդլայնումը և նրա գլխավորությամբ գործող գրասենյակի կարողությունների մեծացումը:
