ԱՄՀ-ն ՀՀ ԿԲ-ից ակնկալում է դրամավարկային քաղաքականության էլ ավելի մեղմացում

Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավարը կարծում է, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը պետք է մեղմի դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին պաշտոնյան հայտնեց ապրիլի 6-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը: «Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից վերաֆինանսավորան տոկոսադրույքի վերջին փոփոխությունը եղել է 0.25 տոկոսային կետով, բայց վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին ընդհանուր առմամբ տոկոսադրույքը իջեցվել է երկու տոկոսով, որը բավականին նշանակալի ցուցանիշ է: Պարզապես մի իրավիճակում, երբ այսքան շատ են ռիսկերը, Կենտրոնական բանկը պետք է զգուշավոր լինի քաղաքականության մեղմացում իրականացնելիս: Բայց այսքանով հանդերձ մենք կարծում ենք, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում պետք է էլ ավելի մեղմել դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը»,-ասաց Հոսեյն Սամիին: 

Ինչ վերաբերում է առևտրային բանկերի կողմից վարկավորման տոկոսադրույքներին, ապա պաշտոնյան նկատեց, որ «դրանց բարձր լինելը միայն վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքով չի պայմանավորված, այլ նաև ռիսկի հավելագնով, այլ կերպ ասած ցուցանիշից, որը վարկավորողի կարծիքով առաջացնում է անորոշություն»:  Հոսեյն Սամիին հավելեց, որ տնտեսական միջաջավայրի բարելավման ու արտաքին անորոշության կրճատման դեպքում միայն վերաֆինանսավորման և վարկավորման տոկոսադրույքների միջև տարբերությունը կկրճատվի: 

ԿԲ խորհուրդը 2016 թ. մարտի 29-ի նիստում որոշել է իջեցնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը 0.25 տոկոսային կետով՝ սահմանելով այն 8.25%:
