Past.am-ը զրուցել է ՀԱԿ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանի հետ՝ վերջին օրերի դիվանագիտական աշխատանքների հետ կապված: Պարոն Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ դիվանագիտությունը հենց սկզբից պետք է լիներ ռազմական գործողություններին զուգահեռ առաջին պլանում:

Ըստ նրա՝ պետք է ամեն ինչ արվեր, որպեսզի մեր գործողությունների, ծրագրերի մասին անմիջապես տեղյակ լիներ արտաքին աշխարհը:

«Կարծում եմ՝ արտգործնախարարությունը պետք է լիներ ավելի հետևողական: Ուսումնասիրելով կատարված աշխատանքը՝ ոչ բավարար եմ համարում նախարարի գործադրած ջանքերը: Դա նաև երևում է արձագանքներից, որոնք հնչեցվել են տարբեր պետությունների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից:

Հիմա էլ ուշ չէ, հիմա հատկապես պետք է լրացուցիչ ջանքեր գործադրել, որպեսզի տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ ամբողջ ճշմարտությունը հասու լինի բոլորին»,- ընդգծեց ՀԱԿ ներկայացուցիչը:

Մեր զրուցակիցը նաև նշեց. «Ես տխրեցի, երբ իմացա, որ հրադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությունը տեղի է ունեցել առանց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ՊԲ ներկայացուցչի: Հուսով եմ, որ որևէ փաստաթութ չի ստորագրվել, պայմանավորվածությունները բանավոր են:

Բոլոր ջանքերը պետք է գործադրել, որպեսզի 1994 թվականի հրադադարի ռեժիմը վերահաստատվի: Մեր հավատարիմ լինելը 1994 թվականի փաստաթղթին հնարավորություն կտա, որպեսզի ապագայում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը բանակցային գործընթացում ընդգրկվի»:
