Ադրբեջանը սադրիչ գործողություններով չհասավ իր նպատակին: Նման համոզմունք հայտնեց ռուս քաղաքագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովն «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում` կարծիք հայտնելով, որ Արդբեջանն իր նախաձեռնած «բլից-կրիգ» սցենարով պարտություն կրեց: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշման ը, ապա ռուս քաղաքագետն ընդգծեց. «Մի բան ակնհայտ է, եթե գործը հասնի Հայաստանի սահմաններին, ապա Ռուսաստանը կաջակցի պաշտոնական Երևանին: Չէ որ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ է»: Ստանիսլավ Տարասովն ավելացրեց, որ առայժմ պետք է օգտագործել քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական բոլոր հնարավոր ռեսուսրները:
Նրա համոզմամբ` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է վերադառնա բանակցությունների գործընթացին: «Անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել օբյեկտիվ աշխատանք`գործի դնելով ռեալ միեխանիզմներ այս իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար»,-ասաց Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը: Նա դանդաղ համարեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի արձագանքը. ռազմական գործողությունները սկիզբ էին առել ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը, սակայն ՄԽ համանախագահները միայն ապրիլի 5-ին որոշեցին հանդիպել: «Ակնհայտ է, որ իրավիճակը բավական սրված էր, թիրախ էին դառնում քաղաքացիական անձինք: Պարզ է, որ եթե անհապաղ քայլեր չձեռնարկվեին, ապա իրավիճակը կարող է լուրջ զարգացումների հանգեցնել` տարածաշրջանի համար ունենալով վատ հետևանքներ: Հետևաբար, անհրաժեշտ են կոնկրետ գործողություններ»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախության ճանաչմանը, Տարասովը չի բացառում, որ այլ երկրներ նույնպես միանան այդ գործընթացին: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ճանաչման հետ կապված Հայաստանի հայտարարությունը շատ գրագետ էր: Եթե ռազմական գործողությունները շարունակվեն ու Հայաստանը ճանաչի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը, ապա դրան կհաջորդի այլ երկրների կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ճանաչման գործընթացը: Շատ հավանական է, որ այդ քայլին գնա նաև Ռուսաստանը, պարտադիր չէ միանգամից, բայց դա հավանական է»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:
Ստանիսլավ Տարասովի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանը նոր է միայն հասկանում, թե ինչի մեջ է հայտնվել: Ըստ նրա` Հայաստանի կողմից Արցախի ճանաչմամբ պայմանավորված` իրավիճակը կարող է ամենավատ ձևով դասավորվել Իլհամ Ալիևի ռեժիմի համար:
Անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում «Իսլամական պետության» զինյալներն էին կռվում հայկական Զինված ուժերի դեմ, Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները պետք է գիտակցեն` ահաբեկիչները լուրջ խնդիր են հենց իրենց համար: Չի բացառվում, որ նրանք փորձեն Բաքվում հեղափոխություն իրականացնել` ներսում ապակայունացնելով իրավիճակը:
