Ադրբեջանը ռազմական հանցագործություններ է կատարել. ՀՀ ՄԻՊ

Մի շարք միջազգային միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, այդ թվում Եվրոպային Խորհրդին, ՄԱԿ-ին և ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպություններին ներկայացվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի հակամարտության շփման գծում վերջին մարտերի ընթացքում ադրբեջանցիների գործած հանցագործությունների հետևանքները: Այս մասին Ստեփանակերտում տեղի ունեցած ասուլիսի ընթացքում այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը:
«Շարունակելու եմ իմ գործունեությունը` փաստերն ավելի հիմնավոր դարձնելու ու հիմնավոր առաջարկներ ներկայացնելու համար»,-ասաց նա:
ՀՀ ՄԻՊ խոսքով` Ադրբեջանը կատարել է ռազմական հանցագործություն և խախտել ոչ միայն Եվրոպայի խորհրդի առջև ստանձնած մարդասիրական պարտավորություններն ու միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքը:
Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվել ոչմիայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Թաթուլի Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկ ու երեխա վիրավորվել են: Ավելի ուշ Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել ևս չորս վիրավոր քաղաքացիական անձ: Իսկ ապրիլի 3-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Թալիշում նախօրեին ադրբեջանցիները գազանային կերպով գնդակահարել, խոշտանգել ու խեղել են երեք խաղաղ բնակչի: Հայկական կողմը 29 կորուստ ունի, 28 զինծառայող անհայտ կորած է, 101 մարդ` վիրավոր: Հինգ մարդ էլ, այդ թվում` ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղական երկու համայնքի ղեկավար, զոհվել է ավտոբուսի ռմբահարումից` Մարտակերտի ճանապարհին: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորhիվ հնարավոր է եղել իրավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ և զգալի կորուստներ հասցնել հակառակորդին. ապրիլի 1-5-ը տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինուժը տվել է ավելի քան 300 կորուստ, ոչնչացվել է 24 տանկ , 3 հետևակի մարտական մեքենա, 1 ինժեներական տեխնիկա, 2 ուղղաթիռ, 7 անօդաչու սարք, 1ՄՄ 21ռեակտիվ հրետանու մարտական մեքենա: Ապրիլի 5-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ին, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում երկկողմ համաձայնության դադարեցվել է կրակը:
