ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահը ողջունել է ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի հաստատումը

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին լուրերը հուսադրող են: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից, այս մասին Բեռլինում հայտարարել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը:
«Մեր անմիջական ջանքերն այս պահին պետք է կենտրոնան հրադադարի կայունացման և լարվածության աճի նոր թափը կանխարգելելու ուղղությամբ: Ռազմական գործողությունները պետք է արդյունավետորեն և կայուն կերպով դադարեցվեն: Այս առումով ես ողջունում եմ համանախագահների այցը տարածաշրջան: Ես անմիջական շփման մեջ եմ կողմերի և այլ միջազգային դերակատարների հետ»,- ասել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահը:
Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանականհակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջերկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվել ոչմիայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը:Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմիցապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Թաթուլի Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են: Ավելի ուշ Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել ևս չորս վիրավոր քաղաքացիական անձ: Իսկ ապրիլի 3-ինհայտնի դարձավ, որ Թալիշում նախօրեին ադրբեջանցիները գազանային կերպով գնդակահարել, խոշտանգել ու խեղել են երեք խաղաղ բնակչի: Հայկական կողմը 20 կորուստ ունի, 26 զինծառայող անհայտ կորած է, 72 մարդ` վիրավոր: Հինգ մարդ էլ, այդ թվում` ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղական երկու համայնքի ղեկավար, զոհվել է ավտոբուսի ռմբահարումից` Մարտակերտի ճանապարհին: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվհնարավոր է եղել իր ավիճակը վերցնել հսկողության տակ և զգալի կորուստներ հասցնել հակառակորդին. ապրիլի 1- 4-ը տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինուժը տվել է մոտ 300 կորուստ, ոչնչացվել է 29 տանկ , 3 հետևակի մարտական մեքենա, 1 ինժեներական տեխնիկա, 2 ուղղաթիռ, 7 անօդաչու սարք, 1ՄՄ 21ռեակտիվ հրետանու մարտական մեքենա: Ապրիլի 5-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ին, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում երկկողմ համաձայնության դադարեցվել է կրակը:
