Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ոմանց մոտ թյուրըմբռնում կա, թե մեր ՊՆ-ն ասում ա, որ մենք մինչև հիմա 18 զոհ ունենք։ Դա այդպես չի։ ՊՆ-ն ընդհանրապես թիվ չի հնչեցնում։ 18 զոհ ունեցել ենք ապրիլի 2-ին՝ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի դրությամբ։ ՊՆ-ն ասում է, որ տվյալները ճշտվում են և ՊՆ-ն այսօրվանից անուններով, մաս-մաս հրապարակում է մեր ընկած տղերքի անուններն ու տվյալները։
Որոշ ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերեր կարծում են, որ սա պատվերով համերգ է, այլ ոչ թե պատերազմ և ինչ որ մուննաթներ ու պահանջներ են ներկայացնում։ Մինչդեռ, օրվա հրամայականն է, որպեսզի հասրակությունը դրսևորի հնարավորինս շատ ողջամտություն ու մեծ համբերություն։ Ակնհայտ է, որ զոհերի թիվը 18 չէ արդեն ու թիվը պետք է որ աճած լինի՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ դրանից հետո արդեն օրուկես անդադար ու ինտենսիվ մարտեր են ընթանում, բայց սա այնքան նուրբ հարց է, որ շտապողականություն դրսևորել կտրականապես չի կարելի։
Վստահ եմ, որ ՊՆ-ն բոլոր ճշտված անունները կհրապարակի ու կարևոր է, որ հրապարակվեն հենց անուններ, այլ ոչ թե զուտ թվեր։ Վիճակագրություն չէ ի վերջո, այլ ամեն անունը մի մեծ անձնական ողբերգություն ու հերոսություն։ Մյուս կողմից, վստահ եմ, որ միշտ լինելու են թերահավատներ, որ ինչ թիվ էլ հրապարակվի, հայտարարելու է, որ այն հավաստի չէ և այլն։ Դրա համար, որպեսզի ավելորդ ծամոն չտանք նման իդիոտների, պահպանենք կոռռեկտությունը ու պարզապես ժամանակ տանք, որպեսզի կարողանան հստակ հասկանալ թե քանի հոգի է զոհվել, քանիսը՝ վիրավոր, քանիսը՝ անհետ կորած ու անուն առ անուն կարողանան տեղեկացնել։
