Ադրբեջանն, ըստ էության, հայտարարում է, իբր պատրաստ է հրադադարի, բայց ա ըստ ամենայնի ծուղակ է եւ չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ ապրիլի 3-ին, Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, դրան զուգահեռ, խոշոր տրամաչափի զենքերից շարունակվում է հրետակոծումը շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով: «Սա փորձ է ցույց տալ միջազգային հանրությանը, որ Բաքուն ականջալուր է լինում իրենց կոչերին: Ներկայումս Ադրբեջանը փորձում է իր քաղաքական խնդիրները լուծել ռազմական ճանապարհով, ինչն անընդունելի տարբերակ է: Մենք բոլորս շատ լավ գիտենք եւ հասկանում ենք, որ հայկական զինված ուժերն ու ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակը երբեք թույլ չի տա ադրբեջանական կողմին հասնել թեկուզ փոքր հաջողությունների փոքր կամ խոշոր ավանտյուրաների ճանապարհով»,-ընդգծել է Արտակ Զաքարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը ձգտում է հաջողության, դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ միայն բանակցությունների ճանապարհով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 2-ի գիշերը իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում կտրուկ լարվել է։ Խրոնիկ բնույթ կրող կրակոցներից եւ մասնակի դիվերսիոն հետախուզական փորձերից Ադրբեջանն անցում է կատարել մասշտաբային հարձակման շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով՝ օգտագործելով հրետանի, ծանր տեխնիկա եւ ավիացիա։ Երկու կողմերից էլ կան զոհեր։
Վերջին տվյալներով Ադրբեջանը կորցրել է 2 ուղղաթիռ, 14 տանկ, 2 անօդաչու սարք, 5 միավոր այլ զրահատեխնիկա: Ղարաբաղյան կողմը կորցրել է մեկ տանկ:
Ղարաբաղյան կողմից զոհվել է 18, վիրավորվել շուրջ 40 մարդ: Զհեր կան նաեւ քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում: «Գրադ» կայանքից արձակված կրակոցից մահացել է 12-ամյա երեխա, եւս երկուսը վիրավոր են:
