Արդեն երկրորդ օրը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ խիստ լարված: Շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով թեժ մարտեր են ընթանում: Առավել ուժգին բախումներ են տեղի ունենում հյուսիսարեւելյան եւ հարավարեւելյան ուղղություններում: ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումները Թալիշի ուղղությամբ հակառակորդին հասցնում են կենդանի ուժի եւ զինտեխնիկայի մեծ կորուստներ: Այս հատվածում նախօրեին ադրբեջանական ուժերը մարտավարական կարեւոր նշանակության հենակետ էին գրավել, որը լուսադեմին հայկական զինված ուժերին հաջողվել է հետ վերցնել: Ադրբեջանական զինուժն այս հատվածում երեք տանկ է կորցրել: Եվս 2 տանկ եւ 1 հետեւակի մարտական մեքենա հակառակորդն այսօր կորցրել է հարավարեւելյան ուղղությամբ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, երեկ եւ այսօր՝ ադրբեջանական բանակը կորցրել է 14 տանկ եւ 5-ից ավելի այլ զրահատեխնիկա: Ղարաբաղյան բանակն ունեցել է 1 տանկի կորուստ:
Մարտագծի հարավարեւելյան ուղղությամբ եւս ընթանում են դիրքային թեժ մարտեր: Դիրքային մարտերում հաջողության չհասնելով՝ հակառակորդը խաղաղ բնակավայրերն է գնդակոծում: Մասնավորապես, Մարտակերտ քաղաքն արկակոծում է հրթիռահրետանային «Գրադ»կայանքից եւ 152 միլիմետրանոց հրետանային միջոցներից:
Փաստրեն, չնայած բազմաթիվ միջազգային կառույցների կոչերին՝ Ադրբեջանը այս գիշեր նույնպես դիմել է լայնածավալ հարձակողական գործողությունների, առավոտյան ժամը 06:00-ից սկսած առաջնային գծի հարավային ուղղությամբ հակառակորդն սկսել է հրթիռահրետանային միջոցներ եւ զրահատեխնիկա կիրառել, կրկին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածք թափանցելու փորձեր արել եւ հետ շպրտվել՝ տալով զգալի կորուստներ:
Միաժամանակ, Բաքուն փորձում է էսկալացիայի հետագա պատասխանատվությունը բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա: Այդ նպատակով արդեն երկու անգամ լրատվամիջոցներով տեղեկություն է տարածվել, իբր Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունն այսօր հայտնել է, որ դադարեցնում է Արցախի հետ շփման գծում ռազմական գործողությունները, իրականում, սակայն, շարունակել է նախահարձակ գործողությունները:
ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը այս առնչությամբ ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Ադրբեջանական հայտարարությունը տեղեկատվական ծուղակ է, այն չի նշանակում միակողմանի հրադադար»:
Իր իսկ ձեռնարկած մարտական գործողություններն Ադրբեջանի վրա թանկ են նստել՝ 200-ից ավելի կորուստ: Այս գիշեր մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ ղարաբաղյան կողմից վիրավորվել է երկու զինծառայող: 1994 թվականի հրադադարից հետո ադրբեջանական այս աննախադեպ սադրանքի հետեւանքով հայկական կողմում զոհերի թիվը, վերջին տվյալով, 18 է:
