Մի շարք անհայտ ծագման լրատվամիջոցներ, այդ թվում նաև՝ հայկական, ինչպես նաև, նրանց տարածած ապատեղեկատվությունն ու քարոզչությունը լրատվական դաշտ բերած որոշ հայրենի լրատվամիջոցներ տեղեկատվություն են տարածում Ադրբեջանի կողմից առաջնագծում «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության զինյալներ տեղակայելու մասին:
Կոչ եմ անում հայրենի լրատվամիջոցներին զերծ մնալ նման բնույթի հոգեբանական ազդեցության կեղծ տեղեկատվության տարածումից՝ հիմք ընդունելով հետևյալ իրողությունները՝
1. «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունն ու ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը մրցակից արհեստածին կազմավորումներ են, որոնց գործունեության գաղափարական տիրույթում ոչ թե միմյանց հետ համագործակցությունն է, այլ՝ փողադարձ թշնամանքն ու հակընդդեմ պայքարը:
2. Եթե ԻՊ-ը մարտավարական որոշում կայացնի՝ ակտիվորեն գործելու Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, ապա նրա նպատակն է լինելու պայքարել առաջին հերթին Ադրբեջանի «անհավատ» վարչակարգի, ապա միայն էթնիկ և կրոնական այլ խմբերի կամ ժողովուրդների դեմ:
3. Գործնականում մեծ է հավանականությունը առաջնագծում Ադրբեջանի կողմից անհայտ ծագման զինյալների օգտագործումը, բայց դրանք կարող են լինել Թուրքիայի կողմից մի շարք այլ ճակատներում օգտագործվող ծայրահեղական ռեսուրսները:
4. 3-րդ կետի հավանականությունը կարելի է կապել նաև Սիրիայում վերջին 2 օրերին Թուրքիայի հովանավորյալ որոշ խմբավորումների ռազմականապես ակտիվացման փաստի հետ. ասել է թե՝ Ադրբեջանական զինուժի ներկա գործողությունների հետևում ակնհայտորեն երևում են նաև Թուրքիայի ականջները:
5. Եվ վերջապես, նման ապատեղեակտվության տարածումը միանշանակ նպատակ է հետապնդում հոգեբանական ազդեցություն գործելու հայ հասարակության վրա՝ հատկապես նախօրեին դրսևորված օրինակելի կազմակերպվածության և միասնականության պարագայում, քանի որ հիմնովին ձաղոխվեցին նաև հակառակորդի կողմից՝ հայության շրջանում խուճապ առաջացնելու ուղղությամբ նախապես ծրագրված քայլերը:
