Հետաքրիրն այն է, որ հակառակորդը պահպանում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը շփման գծի այն հատվածներում, որտեղ ՀՀ-ի հետ է սահմանակից։ Սա խոսում է կամ նրա մասին, որ սպասում են կենտրոնանանք Արցախի վրա, որ անսպասելի հարված հասցնեն ՀՀ-ին, ինչի քիչ հավանական եմ համարում, համենայն դեպս՝ հիմա, կամ էլ, որ ավելի հավանական է, մտավախություն ունեն, որ Հայ-Ռուսական ռազմական պայմանագիրը, ինչպես ՀԱՊԿ դրութները կգործարկվեն։
Ռուսաստանը, եթե էմոցիոնալ դաշտից դուրս ենք դիտարկում հարցը, այս պահին դեռ հարբերականորեն պասիվ է գործողությունների առումով, բայց դե յուրե, ինքը ոչ մի բան էլ չի կարող անել, քանի դեռ կոնֆլիկտը բացառապես ԼՂՀ տրածքում է։ Չնայած, պետք է նշեմ, որ այս նոր պատերազմի անմիջական պատասխանատվությունը կիսում է նաև Ռուսաստանը, որը զենքի գործարքով կոտրեց պարիտետը ու օգնեց ադրբեջանցիներին հավատալ, որ մեզ կարող են ճզմել թվային ու տեխնոլոգիական առավելությամբ։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանին, հասկանալի է, որ հիմա իրենց պլան մաքսիմումը գոնե մի հատ դիրք, մի հատ բարձրունք գրավելն ու պահելն է, որպեսզի կարողանան գոնե մասամբ հիմնավորեն այն զարհուրելի կորւոստները, որ կրել են։ Հայկական կողմի պլան մինիմումը դա թույլ չտալն է, իսկ պլան մաքսիմումը՝ նոր տարածքներ ազատագրելը, որովհետև ցանկացած պատերազմից հետո գալիս է բանակցային փուլ և որքան ուժեղ լինեն մեր դիրքերը, այնքան հեշտ կլինեն մեր համար այդ բանակցությունները։
