ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության աճի առնչությամբ հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախա գահը կրկին կոչ է արել կողմերին դադարեցնել թշնամական գործողությունները:

«ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը ակտիվ ջանքեր է գործադրում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության թուլացման նպատակով: Նա խստորեն մտահոգված է ստեղծված իրավիճակով, քանի որ հրադադարի խախտումները հասել են նոր որակական մակարդակի նախկին տարիների համեմատությամբ»,- նշված է ԵԱՀԿ տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:

Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան հակառակորդը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանականհակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակգործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվում ոչմիայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ըստ ՊԲօպերատիվ տվյալների, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-իսահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքիցիրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 2004թ. ծնված ՎաղինակԹաթուլի Գրիգրյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են: ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումներըպաշտպանական հաջող մարտեր են իրականացնում առաջնային գծի բոլոր ուղղություններով՝հակառակորդին պատճառելով կենդանի ուժի և զինտեխնիկայի զգալի կորուստներ: ՊԲօպերատիվ տվյալների համաձայն՝ հայկական զինված ուժերը խոցել են հակառակորդի երկումարտական ուղղաթիռ, ոչնչացրել երեք տանկ և երկու անօդաչու սարք: ՀՀ պաշտպանությաննախարարությունը մշտական կապի մեջ է միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և օտարերկրյապետությունների ռազմադիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջաական ուժերի շփման գծում իրադրության զարգացման վերաբերյալտեղեկատվության փոխանակման և անհրաժեշտ խորհրդակցությունների նպատակով:
