Սերժ Սարգսյան. անհրաժեշտ է աշխատել ԼՂՀ-ի հետ ռազմական փոխօգնության պայմանագիր կնքելու ուղղությամբ
VIDEOՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունը լիարժեքորեն կատարելու է իր պարտականությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովման առումով: Այդ մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 2-ին Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում հայտարարել է նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
«Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը, կարծում եմ, անհրաժեշտ է համագործակցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հետ եւ աշխատել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ ռազմական փոխօգնության պայմանագիր կնքելու ուղղությամբ: Անհրաժեշտ է պայմանագրի տեքստն ունենալ, համապատասխան քննարկումներ անցկացնել եւ ուղարկել Ազգային ժողով: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը լիարժեքորեն կատարելու է իր պարտականությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովման առումով, եւ մենք նաեւ ունենք դրա իրավաբանական իրավունքը, որովհետեւ ինքներս հանդիսանում ենք 1994 թվականին կնքված հրադադարի համաձայնագրի կողմ»,- ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, բացի Զինված ուժերից իրենց գործը կատարում են մեր մյուս գերատեսչությունները. կապ է հաստատվել միջազգային կառույցների մեր գործընկերների հետ: «Այնուհանդերձ, ինչպես բազմաթիվ անգամ ասել եմ, մեր խնդիրները մենք պետք է լուծենք եւ բնավ չթերագնահատվելով որեւէ մեկի օգնությունը: Հիմա Պաշտպանության նախարարը եւ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետը հարցը կզեկուցեն ռազմական տեսանկյունից, Արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալը՝ դիվանագիտական ջանքերի մասին, այնուհետեւ կընդունենք համապատասխան որոշումներ»,- ասել է նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Նշենք, որ ըստ նախագահի, այս պահի դրությամբ, հայկական կողմը 18 զոհ եւ 35-ին մոտ վիրավոր ունի:
Ավելի վաղ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ 2016թ. ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի երկայնքով դիմել է բացահայտ հարձակողական գործողությունների՝ օգտագործելով տարբեր զինատեսակներ, այդ թվում՝ հրետանի, զրահատեխնիկա ու օդուժ։
Այս պահի դրությամբ, մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինուժը տվել է 200-ից ավելի կորուստ: Միայն Թալիշի ուղղությամբ ոչնչացվել է ադրբեջանական հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատի առնվազն 30 զինվոր, Մարտակերտի ուղղությամբ՝ 2 տանկ, 2 անօդաչու թռչող սարք, իսկ հյուսիսային ուղղությամբ՝ 1 ուղղաթիռ: Առավել խոշոր բախումներ են տեղի ունենում մարտագծի հարավարեւելյան ուղղությամբ: Այս ուղղությամբ ՊԲ հակաօդայինների կողմից ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում խոցվել է թշնամական մեկ ռազմական ուղղաթիռ եւ 2 տանկ:
