Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի որդուն ձերբակալեցին Սդղի գյոլի դեպքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում Հարություն եւ Մուշեղ Զաքարյան եղբայրների նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնությունների դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով այսօր ձերբակալվել է Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը՝ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի որդին:
Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից հայտնում են, թե hաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Տ.Խաչատրյանը կասկածվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով նախատեսված արարք, այն է` Հարություն Զաքարյանին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու մեջ:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ նախաքննությամբ ձեռնարկված քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում մայիսի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը, միջադեպին ներկա գտնված, մասնակցություն ունեցած մի շարք անձանց ինքնությունը։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն` նշված տարածքում մայիսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում, տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն՝ դրանից ժամեր առաջ Գորիս քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի կապակցությամբ, որի հետեւանքով վնասվել էր Մ.Զաքարյանի վարած ավտոմեքենայի կողային հայելին։ Վիճաբանության ժամանակ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից բռնություն է գործադրվել Մուշեղ եւ Հարություն Զաքարյանների նկատմամբ, որի հետեւանքով Մ.Զաքարյանին պատճառվել է միջին ծանրության, իսկ Հ.Զաքարյանին` ծանր մարմնական վնաս:
Կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում նախկինում 6 անձ ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ Մ.Զաքարյանին ծեծելու, միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու համար:
ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
