Ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողությունները կրկին ստացան արժանի պատասխան և այլ ընթացք չէր էլ կարող լիներ, որի ապացույցն է այս պահի դրությամբ մեր կողմից իրավիճակի լիարժեք վերահսկողություն իրականացնելը:
Հակառակորդի գործողություններին միջազգային հանրությունն ու հակամարտության բանակցային գործընթացը համակարգող կողմերը պետք է տան համարժեք և դատապարտող գնահատական: Ադրբեջանն իր նմանօրինակ գործողություններով շարունակում է անտեսել և արհամարել միջազգային հանրության բանակցային ճանապարհով հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված կոչերը:
Որ իրավիճակը կարող էր նման զարգացումն ունենալ, մեր գործընկերներին մշտապես տեղեկացրել ենք և հավատարիմ մնացել ձեռքբերված բանակցային պայմանավորվածութններին ու մշտապես, հիմնավոր ներկայացրել սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակը: Մանավանդ վերջին շրջանում, պաշտոնական Բաքուն մեկը մյուսի հետևից, հիմնականում Եվրոպական հարթակներում, ձախողումներ կրելուց հետո անցավ սադրիչ գործողությունների:
Այս ամենին զուգահեռ ցանկացած ոտնձգության հրահրման և ռազմական ագրեսիայի դրսևորման մենք տալու ենք պատասխան, այնպես ինչպես վարվում ենք միշտ:
Մենք շարունակելու ենք ապացուցել մեր ռազմական ուժն այնքան անգամ, որքան կլինի դրա կարիքը, այնքան անգամ, որքան անհրաժեշետ է պաշտպանելու խաղաղ բնակչությանն ու վերջապես այնքան անգամ, որքան կպահանջվի մինչև ազերին հասկանա, որ մեր դեմ իրականացված ցանկացած նմանատիպ քայլ արժանանալու է տասնապատիկ և հարյուրապատիկ հուժկու պատասխանին:
