«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «2016 թվականի մարտի 9-ին գրել էինք, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի նախկին տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Հովհաննես Հունանյանի դստեր՝ Լիա Հունանյանի շուրջ աղմուկը չի դադարում: Պարզել էինք, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի նախկին տեղակալի դուստրը ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետ տարաձայնություններից բացի՝ խնդիրներ ունի նաեւ բժիշկների հետ: Ավելին՝ գործընթացը հասել էր դատարան:
Եվ այսպես, Լիա Հունանյանը 2016 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին դիմել է Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ «ԱՐԹՄԵԴ» բժշկական վերականգնողական կենտրոն ՓԲԸ-ից փոխհատուցում պահանջելով: Ոստիկանի դուստրը պահանջում է, որ ՓԲԸ-ի բժիշկ Արայիկ Ղարիբյանը փոխհատուցի իրեն՝ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասը գնահատելով 5 միլիոն 78 հազար 900 դրամ:
Իսկ ինչ է տեղի ունեցել: Տեղեկացանք, որ Լիա Հունանյանը 2014 թվականի փետրվարի 7-ին քթի վիրահատություն է իրականացնում վերոնշյալ հիվանդանոցում, սակայն վիրահատական միջամտությունից անմիջապես հետո Լիա Հունանյանի մոտ առաջացել է ձախ աչքի այտուց, արյունազեղում, երկտեսություն, որի կապակցությամբ վերջինս դիմել է ինչպես Մալայանի անվան բժշկական կենտրոն, այնպես էլ մի շարք բժշկական կենտրոններ, որտեղ եւ ախտորոշվել է ձախ աչքի երկտեսություն, աչքի ուղիղ մկանների անբավարարություն: Զննությունից հետո որոշ մասնագետներ կարծիք են հայտնել, որ մինչ վիրահատությունը Լիան տեսողության հետ կապված որեւէ խնդիր չի ունեցել, եւ խնդիրը նրա մոտ առաջացել է վիրահատական միջամտության ժամանակ աչքի հիմքի կռճիկային զանգվածը հեռացնելու հետեւանքով, ուստի հայցվորի առողջությանը հասցված վնասն առաջացել է պատասխանող Ա. Ղարիբյանի գործողությունների հետեւանքով:
Եվ, ահա, գործը նախագահող դատավոր Զարուհի Նախշքարյանը որոշել է հայցվորի հետ առաջացած խնդրի հարցով դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն նշանակել: Ավելին՝ դատավորը առողջապահության նախարարից խնդրել է սույն քաղաքացիական գործի համար նշանակել փորձաքննության համար թվով հինգ տվյալ ոլորտում մասնագիտացված բժիշկների կատարմանը` նշանակելով նրանց փորձագետներ: Փորձագետներին տրամադրել փորձաքննության համար քաղաքացիական գործում առկա անհրաժեշտ նյութերը: Փորձաքննությանը մասնակից է եղել նաեւ Լիա Հունանյանը:
Ու մինչ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի կողմից նշանակված մասնագետները կգնահատեն կատարվածը, թե ով է ճիշտ, ով՝ սխալ, դատավոր Նախշքարյանը սույն քաղաքացիական գործի վարույթը կասեցրել է մինչեւ փորձաքննության եզրակացության ստանալը»:
