Երևանի բնակիչ Արմեն Շարաֆյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 268-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի երկրորդ կետի և 215-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի հատկանիշներով մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել: Այս մասին հայտնի է դառնում դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
Արմեն Շարաֆյանը 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին գտնվելով Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությունում, քննությամբ չպարզված անձից ձեռք է բերել խոշոր չափի' 1.7 գրամ քաշով «հաշիշ» տեսակի թմրամիջոցը, այն պոլիէթիլային փաթեթի մեջ փաթեթավորված թաքցրել իր գրպանում: Բացի այդ, նույն ժամանակահատվածում Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությունում, դարձյալ քննությամբ չպարզված անձից ձեռք է բերել «Ekol Special 99» տեսակի EU1470656 գործարանային համարով ազդանշանային զենք և թաքցրել իր ուղեբեռում:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 10-ին հիշյալ ազդանշանային զենքը, ինչպես նաև «հաշիշ» տեսակի թմրամիջոցն իր անձնական գործածման համար, առանց իրացնելու նպատակի, Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությունից մաքսանենգությամբ' մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելու եղանակով' սահմանված հատուկ կանոնները խախտելով, ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարության Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետով ապօրինի տեղափոխել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն:
Վերը նշված քրեական հոդվածներով մեղադրյալին սպառնում է երեքից ութ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա:
