Shabat.am-ը գրում է.
1.ՄԱՆՐԱԿՐԿԻՏ ՊԱՏՐԱՍՏՎԵԼ: Հաճախ թվում է՝ ամեն պահի անխնդիր կարելի է երեխա ունենալ: Իրականում պատրաստվել է պետք: Ձեզ անհրաժեշտ են հոգեկան, ֆիզիոլոգիական ու ֆինանսական հարմարավետ պայմաններ: Շատ բարդ է հղիություն անցկացնել ընտանեկան վատ մթնոլորտում. վեճեր, կռիվներ, տագնապներ՝ եթե այս ամենը մի կերպ տանելի են հիմա, ապա հղիության ժամանակ դրանք բառացիորեն արյուն են խմելու: Առողջ օրգանիզմ է պետք. ցանկալի է բժշկական նվազագույն ստուգումներ անցնել, նախապես դադարեցնել ծխելն ու ալկոհոլ օգտագործելը: Ֆինանսները պետք է հերիքեն բալանսավորված առողջ սննդի՝ մսամթերք, ձկնեղեն, կաթնամթերք, տնային քաղցրիկներ, թարմ մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն:
2.ԴԻՄԱՆԱԼ ԱՌԱՋԻՆ ԱՄԻՍՆԵՐԻՆ: Առաջին ամիսներն, առանց չափազանցնելու, դժոխք են այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր հարմարավետ կյանքի են սովոր: Գիշեր-ցերեկ հասկացությունը վերանում է. գիշերը զարթնում եք 1-2 ժամը մեկ, իսկ ցերեկը երազում գիշերվա մասին: Հնարավոր չէ հասկանալ, թե որն է որից ավելի ծանր: Ծանոթանում եք ԿԿ-ի՝ աշխարհի ամենացավագին երևույթներից մեկի հետ: Չեք հասցնում սնվել, լոգանք ընդունել ու զուգարան գնալ: Անօգուտ է բացատրել, թե որքան բարդ են այս ամիսները, դա պետք է զգալ սեփական մաշկի վրա: Եթե դիմանաք այս ամենին, ապա կդիմանաք ամեն ինչի: Կարևորը՝ չընկնել հետծննդաբերական դեպրեսիայի թակարդը:
3.ՄԵԾ ԾԱԽՍԵՐ: Եթե նույնիսկ նախորդ երեխայից մնացած հիմնական իրերով (հագուստ, խնամքի պարագաներ, խաղալիքներ) ապահովված եք, ու ձեզ թվում է՝ պլանավորել եք բոլոր ծախսերը, ապա պետք է հիասթափեցնեմ: Ձեր ֆինանսական պլանները գրեթե երբեք չեն համընկնելու իրականության հետ: Տակդիրներ, թաց անձեռոցիկ, կերակրման ներդիրներ, մանկական յուղեր, քսուքներ, շամպուններ, «հանկարծահաս» դեղորայք, պատրաստի շիլաներ, եթե ԿԿ(կրծքով կերակրող) չեք, ապա՝ բավականին թանկարժեք ԿԽ(կաթնախառնուրդ): Այնուհետև գալիս է մանկապարտեզի ու դպրոցի հերթը, հատկապես եթե չեք վստահում պետական հաստատություններին ու մասնավորի եք դիմում: Երեխան մշտական, երբեք չդադարող, ոչ մի արդարացում չհանդուրժող ծախս է. սա չի կարելի մոռանալ:
4.ԵՐԵԽԱ VS ԿԱՐԻԵՐԱ: Չհավատաք հեքիաթներին, որ իբր կարելի է ակտիվ աշխատող մնալ, կարիերայով զբաղվել ու միաժամանակ երեխա մեծացնել մինչև մանկապարտեզ ուղարկելը: Կամ երեխան է լինելու կարիերայի հաշվին, կամ կարիերան երեխայի: Հավասարապես հասցնել ու փայլել այս երկու բնագավառներում անհնար է: Աշխատանքից չկտրվել հնարավոր է միայն տանից աշխատելու դեպքում: Դա էլ լինելու է ձեր հանգստի հաշվին. աշխատելու եք այն ժամերին, երբ երեխան քնած է: Մինչդեռ կարելի էր շունչ քաշել այդ ժամանակ: Բայց նախապատվությունը ձերն է:
5.ԴՈՒՔ ՁԵՐԸ ՉԵՔ: Դուք էլ երբեք չեք լինի առաջվանը: Ամեն ինչ, բառացիորեն ամեն ինչ՝ ռացիոնից, առօրյայից մինչև հետաքրքրություններ ու ժամանց, փոխվելու և հարմարեցվելու է երեխային՝ այդ մի քանի կգ-ոց հրաշքին: Փոխվելու են ձեր զուգընկերոջ հետ հարաբերությունները: Դրանք կամ վատանալու են՝ չդիմանալով ամենօրյա սթրեսին (իզուր չէ, որ բաժանությունների մեծ մասը երեխա ունենալուց հետո է գրանցվում «զուգընկերս անճանաչելիորեն փոխվեց» պատճառաբանությամբ), կամ էլ ավելի են ամրապնդվելու՝ հանուն երեխային լավագույնս մեծացնելու: Դուք այլ վարք եք ցուցաբերելու դրսում՝ վերցնելով «ծնող» սոցիալական դերը. ամեն քայլին հաշվի եք առնելու երեխայի զգացումներն ու շահերը: Իսկ ձեր անձը, ձեր ցանկություններն ու ժամանակն այլևս ՄԻԱՅՆ ձեզ չեն պատկանելու:
Այս ամենն այն նվազագույնն է, որ արժի հաշվի առնել երեխա ունենալուց առաջ, իսկ հաջորդ գրառմամբ կանդրադառնամ երեխա ունենալու 5 բերկրանքներին:
