Չինական ընկերությունն ուսումնասիրում է հայ-իրանական երկաթուղու կառուցման հնարավորությունը

Չինաստանը հետաքրքրված է հայ-իրանական երկաթուղու կառուցման հեռանկարով և հստակ գործողություններ է սկսել այդ ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին «Մեդիա կենտրոն»-ում հարցազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը: «Չինաստանը հայ-իրանական երկաթուղին դիտարկում է որպես Մետաքսի ճանապարհի միջանցքներից մեկը և հետաքրքրված է այդ երկաթուղու կառուցման հեռանկարով: Չինաստանն արդեն համապատասխան ընկերություն է ներգրավել, որը գնահատում է իրականացնում, հաշվարկում հնարավոր ռիսկերը և օգուտները»,- ասաց Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:
Փոխնախարարը հավելեց, որ հայ-իրանական երկաթուղու կառուցումը շատ մեծ ծախսեր է ենթադրում, ուստի Հայաստանի և Իրանի ֆինանսական միջոցները դրա համար բավարար չեն լինի: Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ դրա համար հարկավոր է գտնել այլ ներդրողներ, և այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ տարվում են:
Դիտարկմանը, թե հայ-իրանական երկաթուղու մասին արդեն երկար տարիներ խոսվում է, սակայն այդ հարցում որևէ առաջընթաց չկա, Շավարշ Քոչարյանը հստակեցրեց, որ նախկինում Իրանը պատժամիջոցների տակ էր, իսկ նման պայմաններում շատ դժվար կլիներ նման ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչելը: «Հիմա, երբ Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները հանվել են, սկսել են կենդանանալ բազմաթիվ հայ-իրանական ծրագրեր: Արդեն ընթանում է երրորդ բարձրավոլտ կայանի կառուցումը: Հյուսիս-հարավ միջանցքի հետ կապված տեսնում ենք, որ ավտոճանապարհի կառուցման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում: Ստորագրվել է երկու հուշագիր էներգետիկ ոլորտում: Նոր զարգացումներ են սպասվում տրանսպորտային ոլորտում համագործակցության առումով»,- նշեց փոխնախարարը:
