Ապրիլի 17-ին տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ տեղի կունենան հանրապետության մի շարք համայնքներում:

Այսպես, Արմավիրի մարզի Գայ համայնքի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ընդամենը երկու թեկնածու է՝ ներկայիս գյուղապետ, ՀՀԿ-ական Սեյրան Մարկոսյանն ու անկուսակցական հողագործ Ռոման Վարդանյանը:

Նույն մարզի Առատաշեն համայնքում արդեն հինգ գրանցված թեկնածու կա՝ համայնքի ղեկավար, հանրապետական Վահրամ Հարությունյանը, Առատաշենի միջնակարգ դպրոցի պահակ Արտակ Ղազարյանը (ՀՀԿ), Զավեն Ինջիղուլյանը (ՀՀԿ), Համազասպ Երանյանը (ՀՀԿ) եւ միակ անկուսակցական Հովհաննես Անդրեասյանը:

Հատկանշական է, որ վերջին շրջանում ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում հաճախակի են հանդիպում նման հասարակ մասնագիտություններ ունեցող թեկնածուներ, ինչպես օրինակ՝ վերոնշյալ հողագործն ու դպրոցի պահակը:

Իսկ Արարատի մարզի Շահումյան համայնքում էլ ի սկզբանե երկու թեկնածու են եղել՝ գործող գյուղապետ ՀՀԿ-ական Սերժիկ Բաբայանն ու նույն համայնքի գյուղապետարանի հաշվետար-գանձապահ Նորիկ Պետրոսյանը: Վերջինը, սակայն, ինքնաբացարկ է հայտարարել՝ այդպիսով իր ղեկավարին ընտրապայքարում միայնակ թողնելով: Կարելի է տրամաբանել, թե անկուսակցական գանձապահն ինչի համար էր թեկնածությունն առաջադրել եւ հետո ինքնաբացարկ հայտարարել:

Ինչպես գիտենք, առաջադրված մեկ թեկնածուի դեպքում ընտրություններ չեն կայանում: Եւ շատ դեպքերում գործող համայնքապետերն իրենց մտերիմներին են խաղի մեջ ներառում՝ ընտրությունները չտապալելու նպատակով: Սակայն ընտրություններից առաջ ինքնաբացարկի միջոցով «արհեստական» թեկնածուներն դուրս են մղվում խաղից:
