Հարաբերություններում ընդմիջումները պակաս արդյունավետ են այն դեպքում, երբ ամուսինների միջեւ անուղղակի թշնամություն է առաջ եկել, գաղտնի վիրավորանք: Այդ դեպքում ժամանակավոր բաժանումը միայն կվատացնի իրավիճակը եւ մարդը կհամոզվի, որ իր վիրավորանքն անհիմն չէ:
