Դարչինի բուժիչ հատկությունները

Դարչինը ամենատարածված համեմունքներից է: Արևմտյան երկրներում այն օգտագործում են հիմնականում թխվածքների և ըմպելիքների հետ, ասիական երկրներում հանդիսանում է աղի բաղադրատոմսերի մաս:
Դարչինի բուժիչ հատկությունները կապված են նրա մեջ պարունակվող եթերային յուղի հետ: Այն կարելի է օգտագործել որպես հակաօքսիդիչ, իսկ նրա հոտը խթանում է ուղեղի աշխատանքը:
Դարչինի օգտակար և բուժիչ հատկությունները
1. Իր բաղադրության շնորհիվ դարչինը խոչընդոտում է այնպիսի սարսափելի հիվանդությունների զարգացմանը, ինչպիսիք է հաստ աղիքի քաղցկեղը:
2. Դարչինում պարունակվող մանրաթելերը փորկապության և լուծի դեմ պայքարելու հիանալի կանխարգելիչ միջոց են:
3. Դարչինի հակաօքսիդանտ և հակաբակտերիալ հատկությունները ևս ունեն նույնքան կարեւոր նշանակություն: Դարչինի թանձրուքն օգտագործվում է որպես մրսածության դեմ պատրաստվող դեղամիջոցների բաղադրիչներից մեկը: Բոլորին է հայտնի մրսածության դեմ հին ու բարի, «տատիկի» դարչինով մեղրի բաղադրատոմսը:
4. Գիտական հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս համեմունքը նպաստում է արյան մեջ շաքարի նվազեցմանը, ինչն իրենից արժեք է ներկայացնում դիաբետիկների համար: Ընդամենը կես թեյի գդալ դարչինը կարող է զգալիորեն ազդել ինսուլինի ակտիվության և բջիջների գլյուկոզա կլանելու ունակության վրա:
5. Դարչինը նպաստում է արյան մեջ «վատ» խոլեստերինի մակարդակի նվազեցմանը: Աշխատանքային օրվա սկզբին դարչինով մի բաժակ թեյ խմելու սովորությունը կարող է զգալիորեն նվազեցնել սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների զարգացման վտանգը: Նույնիսկ նրանց համար, ովքեր արդեն սրտի կաթված են տարել, դարչինը կարող է օգնել ամրապնդել սրտամկանները եւ նվազեցնել կրկնվող ինֆարկտի վտանգը:
6. Իր հակաբակտերիալ հատկությունների շնորհիվ, դարչինը կարելի է օգտագործել պահածոների մեջ, հատկապես որպես թթվաջրի բաղադրիչ: Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ դարչինն օգնում է երկարաձգել ապրանքների պահպանման ժամկետը, որոնց մեջ այն ավելացվում է:
7. Դարչինի յուղն ունի մաշկի գրգռվածությունը վերացնելու հատկություն, ուստի այն ավելացվում է տարբեր քսուքների մեջ:
8. Դարչինի բույրն ունի տրամադրությունը բարձրացնելու, ուղեղի աշխատանքը և տեսողական հիշողությունը բարելավելու հատկություն:
