«Նորաշեն-2007»-ի տուժածները՝ կառավարության շենքի դիմաց

Այսօր «Նորաշեն-2007» սպառողական կոոպերատիվից տուժած մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ «Պահանջում ենք պատժել վաշխառուներին» եւ «Հայաստանում վաշխառուներն անպատիժ են մնում» պաստառներով հավաքվել էին կառավարության շենքի դիմաց՝ իրենց բողոքն ու օգնության ակնկալիքն արտահայտելով վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին:
 
Հիշեցնենք, որ Աջափնյակ համայնքում գտնվող նորակառույց շենքերում նրանք տարիներ առաջ բնակարաններ են ձեռք բերել, սակայն այդպես էլ տան սեփականատեր չեն դարձել։ Ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով կառուցապատող ընկերության ղեկավարները նույն բնակարանները գրավ են դրել մասնավոր անձանց մոտ եւ առուվաճառք ձևակերպել՝ փոխարենը տոկոսով գումար վերցնելով։ Մասնավորապես, «Նորաշեն-2007» սպառողական կոոպերատիվը, 18 քաղաքացիներից վերցնելով 155 միլիոն դրամ, Բաբաջանյան 25/1 նորակառույց շենքում նրանց բնակարաններ տրամադրելու պայմանով, շենքը դեռ չկառուցած վաճառել է «Էսկո կոնցեռն» ընկերությանը:
 
«Նորաշեն-2007» սպառողական կոոպերատիվի ղեկավարներ Լուսաբեկ Սամվելյանն ու Արմեն Թադևոսյանը վերոհիշյալ հանցագործության համար դատապարտվել են համապատասխանաբար հինգ և վեց տարվա ազատազրկման։
 
Սակայն քաղաքացիներն այսօրվա բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ պահանջում էին, որպեսզի օրենքի ամբողջ պատասխանատվությամբ պատասխան կրեն նաեւ վաշխառուները՝ հանձինս Գագիկ Առաքելյանի, Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի եւ Ռազմիկ Ավագյանի:
 
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ տուժող Արուսյակ Վանյանը խոսեց այն մասին, որ իրենց փաստաբանը վաշխառուի շահերն է պաշտպանում՝ փաստաբանի միջոցով իրեն պարտադրում էին, համոզում իր համաձայնությամբ բնակարանը գրավադնել: «Վերջին դատավարությունն ապացուցեց, որ բոլոր վճիռներն էլ հրահանգվում են վերեւից: Սա ժողովրդի թալան է՝ կազմակերպված վաշխառուների կողմից: Ես արդեն ութ տարի վարձով եմ ապրում, հինգ տարի է դատավարությունը գնում է, անընդհատ աշխատանքի չենք գնում, գալիս ենք դատի, շուո ենք նայում: Մենք կառավարությունից միայն արդար դատավարություն ենք պահանջում: Հերիքա, մենք հոգնել ենք, էլ ի վիճակի չենք վարձով ապրելու, ուղղակի ծաղրի են ենթարկում ժողովրդին»,- վրդովված պատասխանեց նա:
 
Մեզ հետ զրույցում «Վելես» իրավապաշտպան հասարարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Մարինա Պողոսյանը նշեց, որ քննության ընթացքում վաշխառուները դարձել են կա´մ տուժող կողմ, կա´մ վկաներ, որովհետեւ նրանց մեջ պաշտոնյաներ էլ կան, ինչպես օրինակ՝ ԱԱԾ, Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակիցներ:
 
Վարչապետի կողմից այդպես էլ պատասխան չստանալով՝ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները շարժվեցին Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտա, որպեսզի ճանապարհը փակելով՝ գոնե այդպես ուշադրության արժանանան: Սակայն մի խումբ ոստիկաններ համոզեցին տուժած քաղաքացիներին նման բան չանել տուգանքներից եւ ավելորդ քաշքշուկից խուսափելու համար:
