POLITICS«ՀՀԿ-ն՝ կայուն քաղաքական մեծամասնությունը, այլևս իրեն սպառել է այս երկու քաղաքներում՝ Վանաձոր և Գյումրի, զուտ իր քաղաքականության արդյունքների տեսակետից, նաև անձերի տեսակետից: Ո՞վ է լինելու այն մարդը, որը կարող է ՀՀԿ-ն առաջադրել որպես քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Գյումրիում կամ Վանաձորում. չունի այլևս: Եվ դրա համար գալիս է կոլեկտիվ, խմբային մեթոդով իշխանությունը վերցնելու մեխանիզմը, որ հետո իրենց մեջից, դե, արդեն ներսում ընդունված խաղի կանոններով, դա կոչվում է քաղաքական նպատակահարմարություն, մեղմ եմ ասում, բայց դա կոչվում է առևտուր քաղաքի բնակիչների թիկունքում: Ի դեպ, անպայման չէ, որ դա լինի Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ, դա կարող է լինել ցանկացած այլ կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ»,- ԸՕ-ի նախագծի, մասնավորապես ՏԻՄ համամասնական ընտրակարգի վերաբերյալ Վանաձորում կազմակերպված քննարկմանը կարծիք հայտնեց իրավապաշտպան Արթուր Սաքունցը՝ հավելելով, թե Գյումրիում և Վանաձորում, ցավոք, Հանրապետական կուսակցությունից բացի այլ կուսակցություններ կայացած չեն և չեն կարողացել իրենց ազդեցությունը ունենալ:
Դիտարկմանը, որ թեև համապետական ընտրություններում իշխանությունը պարտվում է Գյումրիում և Վանաձորում, նույնը չի կարելի ասել ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ, որոնց արդյունքներով ավագանին այս երկու քաղաքներում բացառապես իշխանական է, քաղաքապետերը՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ, և նման պարագայում Գյումրիում և Վանաձորում առաջարկվող նոր՝ համամասնական ընտրակարգով արդյո՞ք ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններին հնարավորություն չի ընձեռվում համապետական ընտրությունների տրամաբանությամբ ակտիվանալ և փորձել հաղթանակ տանել նաև ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում, քանի որ 90 տոկոսն ընդդիմադիր է այս քաղաքներում, Սաքունցը դարձյալ պնդեց իր վերոնշյալ տեսակետը գործող կուսակցությունների մասին: «Քաղաքական կուսակցությունները՝ ավանդական, որ գործել են, որպես կանոն, ավտորիտար են, ժողովրդավարական չեն, մասնակցային չեն, տեղական համայնքներում խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ բացարձակապես ծրագիր որևիցե կերպ չեն ներկայացրել»,- ասաց Ա. Սաքունցը:
